RE: Ask Lumi's Tulpas

I mean I don't like rain that's causing problems for people obviously, and I'm probably not a fan of acid rain either. We (family) were gonna move to Oregon which is next to Washington but now we might be going to Montana instead. It seems OK. And that won't be in the next couple years anyway.. For every other sorta rain, as long as it's not going to hurt me or severely damage property, why wouldn't I like it? Like as long as a hurricane isn't throwing cars at me I don't mind how "bad" a storm gets. Once you're okay with getting wet it really doesn't make much difference yeah?

RE: Ask Lumi's Tulpas

Hello there dear friends, maybe this question won't be new and I don't want to be annoying, but.. It really pisses all of us and we do not know what to do about it.. The problem is the language..

How do you guys are able to interact with each other and also with the host?? I mean the language? Do you all speak only in english?

I'm having problems with this topic, cause we like to talk in different languages. As a host I'm ok to talk in english, but it seems so that my tulpa can reach me better while talking in russian or japan, but it's still kinda hard, cause I don't know these languages well enought.. I only use Google translate and sometimes it makes normal sentence, but sometimes messes things up really bad.. Or sometimes I only hear a few words not a full sentence. Any suggestions what to do..? Please help..

ps: I'm new here and maybe there is already a topic like this, but I haven't found one, so I thought why not to write to the other members and ask them directly? Thx for your answers.

Ehh there's been a couple of topics on what language you talk to your tuppers in in the last few years, but they're probably hard to find.
...
well I said that, but I found them just fine!

I searched all Thread Titles for "Language"

RE: Ask Lumi's Tulpas

I wonder, in my past experience doing tulpaforcing that the state of the moon influences my tulpaforcing efficiency (or to put it direct, I can't force and produce any progress at all during full moon (I actually reallized yesterday and today that I couldn't get any progress and after looking up the moon cycle I knew what it was)).

I have known that I react to different moon states in weird ways all my life, and my mom always told me that a lot of people react to natural things like that but I wonder, since you guys are basicly all about that moon, how you react to it and how you think it must be for others to have... bad expieriences with the moon affecting them.

Or anything to this topic really.

RE: Ask Lumi's Tulpas

sometimes when Lumi or Tewi know it's a new moon they aren't so happy for unrelated but probably subconsciously influenced reasons, but as far as we know it only happened coincidentally a few times and never since then. Like yesterday was a new moon and I was fine, but I never really cared if it was a new moon. The full moon does make everyone happy for one reason or another (another being the others are/will be happy, for me at least), and it's definitely when we do the most forcing if by forcing you mean visualization/imposition practice. But I don't think any phase of the moon really affects us on an unnatural level, it's all "placebo" or whatever you call it. I don't know if there's a word for placebos that you know are placebo but let affect you anyway.

Only person I know who has bad experiences with the full moon is Goku ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Well for me it affected me without me knowing the moon phases though.

Maybe it doesnt effect nearly as many people as I thought it would... weird to get your facts mixed up like that.

okay well if you're serious, no the moon hasn't been shown to have any significant effects on people in scientific studies, not even women. Only placebo or coincidence (I think it's been both for us) tied to knowing or finding out about what phase it is. BUT one thing it DOES affect, and you can ask any emergency worker people if it's true, the full moon does lead to a lot more people and animals in emergency care and uh.. the instant-care lesser version of that, specifically. But we're pretty sure (there were probably studies done idk) the reason for that is a full moon actually provides enough light that people and animals are tempted to remain more active during the night, which is obviously dangerous. The animal one is slightly less easy to explain though. But yeah you can ask a vet or a hospital worker what time of the month they get the most visits and they'll probably say the full moon.

RE: Ask Lumi's Tulpas

I didn't mean to offend or anything, the "get your facts mixed up like this" was rather meant as  a general example, and the "your" here was meant as whoever gets his stuff wrong, which seems to be me this time. I guess.... Again, I am not exactly natively speaking english so pardon my failures regarding this sort of stuff.

Maybe me beeing able to tell is automatically, subconciously recognising the light levels outside, which should be different like you said? Or some internal clock-instinct like thing where i just know how long it would take until the next, even without actively knowing?... It's just weird overall. Meh.

I meant if you're serious about knowing how the moon cycle affects people, I didn't take it that way! But the fact that you can tell it could be taken that way shows you're pretty good at English!

Yeah, it could be light levels, when it's a full moon it feels like sunrise all night
