In what way are you unable to concentrate? Is your brain hurting or are your thoughts drifting away or are you feeling asleep ... ?

There's not really any way to fix it apart from forcing more. Eventually it becomes much easier. I'd recommend Fede's tones too.

Don't try to force your brain to concentrate on this stuff straight away. Relax a bit / a lot first. Too little and you'll be in full-awake mode, thinking about everyday issues. But if you relax too much your mind will start to drift as you begin to fall asleep.

Also try to leave all your day-to-day worries and concerns at the door when you force. This time is for you and your tulpa. You have nothing else important to do in this time.

Quick fix- if you're keeping your eyes pointed in the upper left, your thoughts will drift more. Try looking anywhere but that direction. I swear it works.

I've only tried "Tulpatone", but it's helped me a lot. I actually find it pretty hard to force without it now.

Tulpatone didnt work. I found theta much more effective.

I usually look straight ahead (relative to the position.)

Well, everyone's different. I'll have to try the rest of the tones, I suppose.
