Disorientation after tulpa fronts

My tulpa has fronted off and on since Tuesday. The first time I was rather quickly pulled to front and felt disoriented afterwards. This disorientation has happened every time. Is this normal and does anyone have any suggestions to help with the disorientation? Thanks

RE: Disorientation after tulpa fronts

whadya mean you were pulled to the front, like once they stopped fronting? then/either way, I guess that could be similar to how we got tired when fronting for a while the first few weeks. I guess it's a buncha new mental muscles to be someone else and so it can make you tired, or maybe disoriented? although Lumi was fine and not even tired anymore when they switched back with him so idk

still, if you're new to it it could just take some time for your head to get used to it

Hi I'm one of Lumi's tulpas. I like rain and dancing and dancing in the rain and if there's frogs there too that's bonus points.
All of my posts should be read at a hundred miles per hour because that's probably how they were written.

What I mean is something abrupt happened while Mel was talking with a friend of ours for the first time. It’s happened since and I’m betting you’re right.
