色の夢 November 10, 2014 Share November 10, 2014 -snip- Good news, everyone. I've published my guide on amazon. Please buy it and rate it 5 stars! [advertising link scrubbed] Will the BBB please buy my guide. [advertising link scrubbed]
Linkzelda November 10, 2014 Share November 10, 2014 I'm going to try this out for a few weeks, albeit without the use of drugs, and what I learned from image streaming attempts. Get hyped. Sands November 10, 2014 Share November 10, 2014 Again, "use drugs to get hallucinations!!!!!!" =/= a guide. You have good stuff here, stuff that works. The drug stuff is completely unnecessary and more properly suited for either general discussion, research (implying anyone will do anything there though) or even your own progress report due to how you have written those parts like they belong in a diary. They don't belong in a guide, much less a guide about hallucinations that can be caused without drugs. Concentrate on that part. 色の夢 November 10, 2014 Author Share November 10, 2014 It's like a 2 part guide man. One part is how to use drugs to help with tulpas, and the other is how to use ganzfeld effect to help with imposition. Will the BBB please buy my guide. Quilten November 10, 2014 Share November 10, 2014 What Sands said, you have some good stuff here, you just need to put more thought into that. The progress report-esque bit is a bit sudden and I don't think it adds to the guide. The font/format/whatever you want to call it could be changed to make it much easier on the eyes. sushi November 10, 2014 Share November 10, 2014 Ok, my first thought is please cut those === lines down. To anyone who has a lower monitor resolution than you (including anyone using a mobile device, I do believe) those lines cause text to scroll off the side of the page. The way I'm looking at this thread right now, about 20% of your words are off the page. Fortunately, Opera has a built-in zoom feature -- I can't imagine reading this on my phone. Your ASCII art will probably also be completely unintelligible to people on mobile devices, but it's not necessary to understand the guide, and it's not making me scroll 200 times to read this, so I don't mind it. I got that this was like a two part guide, and I remember some people saying that they wanted to see more about using drugs to force. You can't entirely split the drugs away from the rest of the guide, or that's what I'd suggest -- two separate guides. But since 色の夢's experience involved the drugs and the method, I feel that we should have both together. I liked reading 色の夢's experience. I'm not sure this is the best place for it, but I did find it interesting and was glad to see it. Sands November 10, 2014 Share November 10, 2014 The guide says Ganzfeld voice imposition, so this is what I would expect rather than some stuff about drugs. Illegal in many places, too. The drug stuff could easily be split off into something else, perhaps even resources. It has no place in this guide and it actually only makes this one look quite schizophrenic and difficult to follow. First you start with an intro, then suddenly some random drug shit and then you actually explain what to do? Okay, what. You even say they're not necessary and that the step is completely optional (and a work of fiction apparently), why give it so much attention when you could have it as a different guide and maybe link to it as additional material if you really want to? Though when it comes to the title, I wonder what truly is professional? Can you call yourself a professional guide writer if you don't do it for a living?! These mysteries, man. Drugs are a lot like symbolism in that they're training wheels to get the proper mindset so you can start making things happen without the drugs. You want to be able to explain what people should do without these training wheels for the best guide experience. if I wrote a possession guide, I wouldn't give people my symbolism even though I started it that way, instead I would give you the necessary steps to try to achieve the correct mindset and try to target the main issues I have seen people bump into. You explain things quite well in the actual guide part, but everything is being overshadowed by the useless and off-topic drug discussion. ps courier is the worst font to read The THE SUBCONCIOUS ochinchin occultists frt.sys (except Roswell because he doesn't want to be a part of it)
Quilten November 10, 2014 Share November 10, 2014 Yeah, going back on mobile, it is pretty bad looking. Silvia November 11, 2014 Share November 11, 2014 There's no point in having the ASCII art here on at all if the drug section was removed. And, like sushi said, it was already unnecessary, and you didn't really need it to understand what was there.
