Marcadesas April 18, 2018 Share April 18, 2018 I started forcing my tulpa for the very first time a few days ago but I'm having some trouble with it. I know it's normal for my tulpa to not have any speech or movement at first but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to parrot and puppet them. I'm scared that they won't develop sentinence on their own if I do. Ive had imaginary friends all my life and I've been speaking for them for years now and they never developed into tulpas so I'm a little skeptical of these methods. What should I do? Also another question. When I'm talking to my Tulpa do I have to always be visualizing them in the wonderland or can I talk to them sort of how like you talk to yourself? Srn347 April 18, 2018 Share April 18, 2018 Parroting and puppeting aren't required, they can help but by all means narration works too. A big part of why your imaginary friends never became tulpas might be that you never intended them to. That said, if you're unsure then by all means parrot and puppet your tulpas as much as you deem it necessary. Wonderlands are also not required, you can certainly talk to them normally (either in your head or out loud). Yo, my name is Sean and I'm the host of 2 tulpas: Sente and Mae. You'll know when they're talking because Sente talks in yellow text and Mae talks in blue text.
