Havoc June 9, 2012 Share June 9, 2012 Hi guys! I've read everything I could find on the guides, and then some I went through a really bad breakup a while ago and still miss the companionship. That's my primary reason for making a tulpa. Not entirely sure how to go about the blog, but I'll start: So I started fleshing out my wonderland today. It's a nice quaint german village in a beautiful meadow with gorgeous mountains in the background. There's some charming forest on either side with a small dirt road leading to the closest city. There's 30 houses divided intow two sections. Each section has the houses arranged in a 3x5 with the town hall in the centre. Along the middle of the village is the market, where everyone congregates to socialize. I'm going to start making a list of personality traits tomorrow. glitchthe3rd June 9, 2012 Share June 9, 2012 It's gonna be pretty lonely with just the two of you there, unless you were planning on populating the village with mental projections or something. Havoc June 9, 2012 Author Share June 9, 2012 Edit: Aside from compiling a list of traits, I haven't started working on my actual tupal yet I've decided that I'll have to put off working on my tupal until Friday, when my final is (stupid summer courses). Until Friday, I probably won't be able to give adequate attention to either things at the same time. See you guys then! It's gonna be pretty lonely with just the two of you there, unless you were planning on populating the village with mental projections or something. For most of the time, I'll probably imagine myself out in the meadow facing the mountains so it's easier to visualize until I get better. But yeah, I do have dream-like projections wandering the village when I imagine myself walking through it inb4 50 personality traits Haha, I see where you're getting at. I'm not sure I can name that many off the top of my head.
Bluesleeve June 10, 2012 Share June 10, 2012 It's a nice quaint german village in a beautiful meadow with gorgeous mountains in the background. Is it based on a place you've been to in the past, or is it just the "stereotypical" german village? Good luck! What is a Tulpa? Guest applesauce99 June 12, 2012 Share June 12, 2012 Good luck, I'm making one for companionship too. I didn't break up though, as I don't even want to date anyone in the first place. Did you develop the forest or is it just 'trees over there'?
Havoc June 16, 2012 Author Share June 16, 2012 Well my final is over now, so I can't wait to start tulpa forcing soon! Is it based on a place you've been to in the past, or is it just the "stereotypical" german village? Good luck! It's more or less a simplified version of this one village that one of my friends live in. I became friends with her on exchange and went to visit her one time when I was in Germany. Good luck, I'm making one for companionship too. I didn't break up though, as I don't even want to date anyone in the first place. Did you develop the forest or is it just 'trees over there'? I've walked up to them but I haven't really developed them very much past that
Guest applesauce99 July 5, 2012 Share July 5, 2012 awesome. I imagine a wonderland's detail works on a principle of "what you need to know", meaning extreme detail isn't even present/accounted for unless you look close enough. Kind of like how videogames work with objects getting shittier resolution over distance to make frame rate remain high up there and not like 4 fps. inb4 fuck halo 2's rendering system on that note
