Ideomotor effect

As I noted over in my progress report, I tried using an ouija board to possibly communicate with my silent partner.

It failed.

However perhaps a tulpa who is moving around on their own and maybe further along in terms of sentience, but still not really talking, could make use of the ideomotor effect?

The odds of parroting while doing something seem very high, since that is exactly how it normally works, but if you are getting emotional responses you should be able to verify results. If any were to occur.

Well, I would be interested to hear the results if anyone were to try this.

If anyone is wondering I got ouija for one dollar at a yard sale to scare my niece. I have no beliefs in the game, beyond it being a board game just like any other board game

Sounds like it'd work just as well if not better than any other form of kinesthetic communication. As long as the user doesn't believe ouija boards are real, that is. No doubt they'd be much more likely to parrot if they believe astral ghost aliens have nothing better to do in the after life but communicate with a bunch of dickweed children.

How long have you been working on your tulpa? I get occasional emotional responses and am pretty sure she said a small phrase about a week ago, so I'd be willing to try it some time this week and report results.

Same reason I'd ever get one of boards.

To scare my deeply religious family.

112 days, but I dont get emotional responses or vocalizations, nothing Im consciously aware of anyway.

I wish you luck, I was hoping this could work along the lines of teaching sign language to infants, early communication could certainly help alot of us.

You can try automatic writing or variations of it with keyboard and few keys. Though you will have to find partner to hypnotize you or be competent enough to do it by yourself. It is doable, but requires patience.
