My first experiment with a tulpa.
Hello everyone, i am Meligi.
Im gonna told you about my pre-knowledge about the tulpas, the first time that i heard about this was in 2014 i think, that was a video spooky about the phenomeon, he was portraying the experiment like a mystical thing. The first time i was scared about the idea of invocing a demon or something like that because i was younger and more ingenue.
Now i become a more rational person, but this gain my atention again after a long time thanks to the various posts of this website that describes the tulpa like another manifestation of the mind or at least a voluntary hallucination. So this is the plan, im gonna make two diferent tulpas in the periody of 3 months for each other to know if this can be real.
The first tulpa im gonna made have the name of Isaac and gonna be generally quiet meanwhile the second is gonna be made to me more socially and compare two successfulness or time to have "sentience" (wich if my theories are true is just another personality of the same beign).

TL;DR Im gonna make a tulpa to study and make a theorie about what they are in really.

So im gonna make a update every week to posts my progress until now.

(PD: Sorry if i made some mistakes, the english is not my mother language).

RE: My first experiment with a tulpa.
Ah, okay.

Welcome and good luck!

Though, there are a few mistakes beyond grammar there. Such as the idea that a tulpa is a hallucination. This idea exists, but is not supported by the posts on this site. Rather hallucination is a form of interaction used by tulpa.

Also, at this point, tulpamancy appears to be expectation driven to some degree. Correcting for this will be very difficult.

What will a test of time to sentience reveal? In addition to this, sentience is hard to test for, as it is a complex phenomenon, ambiguously defined, and impossible to directly observe.

RE: My first experiment with a tulpa.
Second weekend:

Well the precreation phase is semi-over, i dont want a very specific tulpa so im gonna give him the opportunity of make a desviation, the form is temporal for now beign a little dark cloud.Realy there is not a real progress for now but i think that this is probably my fault for now.

So this are my questions:
What i can do to improve in forcing? This is my weakest point, i dont know about what talk or do with my tulpa, should i talk about him and still forcing a personality?
And what is the best to focus in my tulpa and not get distracted?

Those are hard questions because there are many things to try. Read some guides for more ideas.

Force in a dark room and focus on the image of your tulpa while talking about your day. Personality forcing involves talking about your tulpa. Always keep your tulpa in mind as your audience. Your tulpa is actually there. Your tulpa is thinking.

Huh, I'm not sure if its a good idea to create a Tulpa just for experimental reasons - but I guess that's just my point of view.
To come to your questions: You could try passive forcing - try to watch some videos with your Tulpas and comment when something's happening there; For example you can ask them questions what they think of a particular character or if they like the show. You could also play some games with them watching, reading stories to them etc.
For your forcing sessions you could talk to them about your day; What you experienced, maybe talking to them about your fears, problems or just some topics you feel the need to talk about.
You could also create a wonderland (if you don't have one) and do stuff with your Tulpas there.
When you do personality forcing, I prefer to read the traits out to my Tulpa and direct them towards him - someone in a guide suggests directing them as little "balls of energy" towards them. Nevertheless, I'd suggest you read some guides of different methods and find out what works the best for you.

Good look and I'm really excited of how it will go on!

RE: My first experiment with a tulpa.
Thanks to all for the answers!

So is the third week:

I have been narrate to Isaac when i go to to the college, i made him a shy personality but i dont know if this can made the vocalization more hard or something like that.

I decide to force him in a special mind scape of a spacial ship, i heard music with him and read some books of history, im gonna stop parroting him in the start of the week four expecting some results.

Now i just need time and dedication to the topic.

Well the experiment has finally show some reactions, sorry for not updating before, i have work to do, but i finally have to have tiny head pressures after a long month, is not really very amazing but something is something, this guides have really help me.I will keep updating with something interesting happen. Also i have read a thing about emotional responses too, i suppose that sometimes that strange sentations is because i am talking alone.

Keep it up. Indeed some people do feel strange talking to themselves. That is something you have to rule out when looking for unusual emotional sensations.
