tulpa001 January 9, 2017 Share January 9, 2017 That is interesting. I know the type of object imposition you speak of, and it is usually safe. So, she messed with something inside you to rush the experience and it caused suicidal depression? Could use more information about what exactly you attempted. Host comments in italics. Tulpa's log. Shikilily21 January 9, 2017 Author Share January 9, 2017 In reality, It caused psychosis. During the outbreak we decide to kill ourselves because we thought that we were gods, and gods don't die, like jesus, for example. We woud be together forever in our paradise. But I don't remember if we attempt It or not. I had amnesia during the outbreak and she switched with me without my permission, like with DID, She talked with my family, to you see, and I don't remember this. The suicidal depression, that occurred during the treatment was caused for, probably, two motives: I was missing her presence and everything was meaningless without her; or, the most probable, a side effect of resperidone, because my recuperation was too fast after I stopped. I started to talk more, became more happier... I was planning in use clonazepam to sleep and take a lot of meds before I lose conscious to kill myself. If you are asking what we attempted to rush the imposition, it was pure hypnosis(In my point of view). She makes me fall at trance(very fast) and was making various suggestions. After a while I started to hallucinate her touch(I feel it now too). After while, 4 days, we became mad, the amnesia and DID started...
Mechagodzilla72 January 9, 2017 Share January 9, 2017 Wow, that's quite the tale. It didn't occur to me that drugs pertaining to the mind would mess with tulpas. Resperidone sounds like a horrible drug, and I'm glad you had the strength to stop taking it. Thank you for sharing your story; for both the advice and the insight into your experiences. Your story really touches me, as it speaks of a close relationship that is truly worth treasuring. Good luck, and God bless you both!
ChronicMastermind January 9, 2017 Share January 9, 2017 Yeah... I can second some of those things about Risperidone, that is one nasty concoction, I didn't have psychosis, but My Psychiatrist thought it might help with the anxiety attacks, and well, long story short, I can agree with the dulled imagination part plus during the 1st month or so it made me feel like a zombie to the point where my mind was pretty much empty and I barely ever did anything other than sleep, it also caused body twitches after it got to the 1-1.5mg range. However I don't know about the effect on tulpas when it comes to experience, but it doesn't surprise me. Sock January 9, 2017 Share January 9, 2017 I got lucky, it seems. I was having some issues with depersonalization for a while, and got prescribed Abilify and Xanax. It had little to no effect on my thought folk, while helping to decrease my symptoms. Weird when skimming through this account. Sock Cottonwell's Sketchbook, Journal, and Ask thread. tulpa001 January 10, 2017 Share January 10, 2017 I've heard repeated bad things about risperidone. It could be that risperidone in particular is a drug that messes with tulpas. It might also be the case that it is most frequently prescribed in the worst cases, so there is some bias in the data we are receiving. Host comments in italics. Tulpa's log. Tulpa's guide. Shikilily21 January 10, 2017 Author Share January 10, 2017 Resperidone is a potent but common antipsychotic, together with olanzapine and quetiapine. My case was normal, but what was strange was the amnesia thing. But I received resperidone because it is the preferential med of my psychiatrist. He prescribe it to all his patients with psychosis and schizophrenia. In my vision, what was really affected was our means of interaction and her presence sensation(probably caused by the diminished imagination side effect too), not she in particular. This caused a lack of connection between us. The dulled imagination has the most fault, i think, because I interact more with her out of the wonderland, more in reality. She is frequently in my lap or in my side, so she disappeared. Well , It is a complex thing, a complex situation, I am also very dependent of her... So, like I said, I think that it will not happen with everyone, We had bad luck.
tulpa001 January 10, 2017 Share January 10, 2017 WRT your doctor: That is not good. Such medication should not be prescribed to all cases of psychosis and schizophrenia. Host comments in italics. Tulpa's log. Tulpa's guide.
Solune January 11, 2017 Share January 11, 2017 Would you be interested in a spiritual perspective on what happened? If not, no worries. It's just that you've touched upon some things that are relevant to our interests. I'm glad that you're both doing better now... I kind of know how it feels to go insane (drug stuff).
