Okay i started personality 3 weeks ago and starting last weekend i have a had a headache every single day, i have also been feeling some wierd mood swings, i can feel euphoric or just plain angry, since i started getting the headaches, i'm thinking it's just the personality forming, but i dunno. What's your guys' take on this.

Sounds like emotional responses, unless it's just you. Do you have any history of mental illness with mood swings, or are these just happening? Also if you're having headaches, try orange juice. No joke.

Orange juice helps with concentration headaches.

try orange juice

That's good for concentration headaches in particular. Staying well-hydrated really helps as well.

As for the mood swings, what's the tulpa personality like? My tulpa is particularly calming to be around, and early on I had a few instances of me being angry, randomly thinking of her and feeling an odd wave of calm come over me. Since then it smoothed out some from thinking of her more of the time.

Well, no i have no history of mental illness, i made the tulpa to be relatively calm and happy in personalty, but i also made it hate immoral actions, and my friend in the military has been telling stories about people getting tortured and stuff like that, i'm guessing maybe it's angry that there's nothing it can do about it, i dunno.

i'll also give that orange juice thing a try, also when should i switch to visualization?

You've been doing personality for 3 weeks? How many hours? Probably about time to move on.

I wouldn't recommend switching at a certain hour peak, but rather when the emotional responses from your tulpa become so developed that you can ask it anything and some sort of response (emotional, pressure, etc.) is always received back. That's when you should switch to visualization, IMO.

So is it good that i can have an emotional response to my friend's stories?

I also heard someone call my name yesterday while i was at work, and when i turned around no one was there, was it my tulpa?

The name calling might've been partially your tulpa and partially someone's voice in the office that you interpreted as calling your name.

Emotional responses are always good.

What are dangers associated from this? i might stop making this, i'm afraid they're will be deep psychological problems later on, my parents think i should not make one. Don't bullshit me i want to know if this will cause any problems later on.
