Shmezmar's first step into tulpa creation

well im going to make a list of all the traits i want for my tulpa and read aloud and say that my tulpa will be these things after a few sessions i wanna go in depth in my mind about how each of those traits will affect her personality.

iv been wondering also weather i should create a wonderland because it seems like there is alot of things you can do with it.

also this will be my blog over the summer i plan on having a sentient tulpa by the end of this summer that is my goal

a problem i wanna discuss and hopefully have someone help me with is i can't picture things in my head that well i don't understand how people can create a wonderland and then notice changes in it when i can barely see it in my head its mostly black or random colours as if i were to be going to sleep.

thanks guys first session will probably be later tonight when i get my list down to repeat. i will be imagining an orb a box and shoving traits into it. hopefully i can picture it in my head. maybe because i assume when you imagine it in your head its as clear as seeing things with your eyes. that might be why i assume i can't see things well.

First session done could only focus for an hour if someone could give me better tips on the first step of asssisting my tulpa in sentience it would be great.

So i put on my favourite deadmau5 songs and went through the traits spending about 3 minute son each and went through the whole list. i find my self just rambling to my self about what she will do. like when i said my tulpa would be fun loving what is aid was. " WE are just gonna have a fun time always even when things get serious you always no how to lighten the mood and make me feel better." and i kinda just said that over and over in different ways now i wasn't imagining shoving traits into an orb i was just talking as if she did i did imagine me putting my emotion into her though i just don't really know how to force that well i could greatly use some assistance

After an hour my head feels a little fuzzy but thats just me being tired probably. tomorrow i plan on narrating most of the time as if she exists. thats how im going to go about this is treating my tulpa as if she exists which she does. and just talk to her about everything and each night work on her personality. i need help on what to do with the traits though. because i just plan on going through the list over and over and over for like 15 hours. iv logged only one hour . im also not putting up booundries so maybe she can reach sentience in a week or maybe not when ever she is ready

I just started my tulpaforcing yesterday, so I don't know have much experience yet, but I don't think repeating her traits over and over is the best idea. Have you looked at FAQ man's trait template?

I'm mixing what he says in that guide with my own method, just kind of rambling to my tulpa as if we're having a long-winded conversation. And with that template, I also add in how the traits affect each other. For example, I'm hoping my tulpa will be confident and creative, so I was telling him that because of that he's proud of the things he makes.

With all that, you should well be able to get 15-30 minutes per trait. I just think it would be more beneficial to say different things rather than repeating yourself.

I think I'll be watching this thread. It'll be cool to follow someone who's starting at the same time I am.

I certainly started with first explaining all the traits and why he has them for quite many hours, before just listing the traits while telling him to think about them and feel them. Both methods felt very different and used different parts of my brain, I feel, yet had a similar feel in a way. I personally would suggest explaining them first, it felt like it helped a lot before I just jumped into saying the traits. It's harder to explain if you're not good with words like me, but it's worth it. Of course, gotta do what feels the best for yourself and you too need to get a good idea of the personality.

Keep on forcin'.

so i tried a test and asked if my tulpa could wake me up at 2 and when i woke up it was 1 40 it was strange i think its just me though but i usualy sleep till like 4 so you never know haha hoping for the best. gonna do a long session tonight i made a wonderland today its on a orange and pinkish cloud with an ocean that only shows reflection around in it when i walk across the reflective ocean i get to the cloud that has a temple stone floor along the top of the cloud with a purple bed to the left a couch and a t.v with a little console that can play pacman and tetris haha also a kitchen you know the works. panning to the right there is a orb that changes colour i tried forcing a power where my tulpa has a ring that changes colour depending on mood. the colour stays blue mostly which means happy for me and grey means sad. but anyways

i plan on another session where ill be explaining my traits and putting them into a box that then put into the orb of my tulpa. and im going to be writing little paragraphs on the bigger traits on how my tulpa will act or might do with those traits. example: Intelligence You have a thirst for knowledge because of this it drives your curiosity for things and how things work. you can analyse things and people with great perception and multiple views but at times you can over think things.

today while walking every where i kept asking my tulpa questions and narrating about where i lived and where i grew up. i can't wait for the alien feel in my brain. I apologize for any bad grammar or things not making sence im no word smith if i try hard enough i can seem quite intelligent with words but im just too excited every day to try hard haha.

im gonna follow your thread im quite excited to see how things work out for us. i keep forcing my emotions into my tulpa saying how i always knew she existed and how i love her as a friend and i can't wait to have you more involved in my life. and yea every time i re force i try and come up with a different explanation for her traits.

another useful tip is i imagine her as an orb and physicly put human emotions into her i want her to know she will be real as possible. no name yet im gonna let her decide if she even wants to be a her haha. next forcing session soon :)

im definitely gonna try this tonight iv been narrating to my tulpa throughout most of the day except in paces where i would look insane and im gonna do 2 forcing sessions one in wonderland really just about getting the traits in her and then im gonna try what your doing and ask her if she understands and really just have a conversation with her

believing that your tulpa is already sentient/already formed (just not defined per say) will GREATLY speed things up, thats pretty much how it works

Just finished some more forcing going more in depth with traits also i did some wierd experimenting where i imagined me feeding actual emotion into the orb of my tulpa after about an hour of listening to music while forcing. i ended my session by playing songs that made me feel different emotions while narrating in my head . do you think that will help at all i even had a song that brought tears to my eyes. and songs that made me feel like i could take on the world. and songs that made me real happy. my tulpa is expressive and creative and will have a love for music so i hope this will help her come out from my subconsciousness.

still and always will treat her like shes always been somewhere in my mind and that im just trying to bring her out so we can connect more this might hopefully speed up the process. also throughout the day i tried narrating to my tulpa about where i live and where i grew up. also my general thoughts on the weather you know stuff like that haha

I like to think I'm not creating my tulpa but rather just learning to "tune in" on it.
