I believe you open the menu and click "About Google Chrome". Though I'm not using Chrome myself, so I'm not absolutely sure.

Can you click the little lock (or broken lock?) button in the URL bar, that displays the SSL information, and let me know what it says? A screenshot will work too, just want as much information as you can grab from there.

Google Chrome is on the computers at work, and the site loads fine from there. That's Version 44.0.2403.130 m.

RE: SSL hiccups
It's working fine in my Firefox 40.0.2 (32 bit) under Windows 8.1 x64.

Update: All themes work for me. I suspected it might be one theme is broken, but that does not appear to be the case.

Those with broken themes, please tell me what happens when you click this:
https://community.tulpa.info/cache/themes/theme12/global.css
If the stylesheet loads successfully, you should see a large wall of code beginning with "body{background:#3d3d3d url(../../../images/pl/bg_pl.png)"

Chupi: It tells me that Opera is unable to complete the secure transaction. When I change httpS to http, it shows me the code you describe.
