trouble sleeping and nightmares after tulpa forcing
#1
hey. i have been tulpa forcing now for only two days, but have done about 6-7 hours of tulpa forcing so far, as well as interacting with him constantly through-out the day. he has displayed no signs of sentience, but i do feel emotional responses; imagined or otherwise.
i have not yet developed a form or voice for him yet, as i am still in the developing stages.
my question relates to the restless sleep and nightmares that i have been having. i am well aware that it has only been two days and could very well have been coincidence, but i feel none the less that i should express this concern, as i do not wish it to impede or negatively alter his development.
the first night, i awoke several times through-out the night, and woke feeling stiff and sore. the second night, i dreamed of being trapped in an unlit office building. near the end of the dream i seemed to have been followed by a faceless being. upon finding the exit, i was stopped by the thing, who seemed to feel some genuine happiness upon finding me, asked something i do not recall in a female voice.
i then awoke
perhaps the contents of the dream are irrelevant, but i am concerned none the less
i thank you for any advice you can provide
it is greatly appreciated

I wouldn't be so quick to jump to conclusions. Given that it's only been two days, it might just be a coincidence. It's not unlikely that starting to create a tulpa could affect your sleep, but that could just as easily be to do with the sudden change in activity as something more meaningful. All in all, I'd give it a few days at least to see if it keeps up.

Thank you. I'll give it some more time. it's good to know that it's not abnormal for Talpa forcing to affect sleep.
Thank you for taking the time to respond
