For most people it seems, but it doesn't do anything but work as white noise for me. Certain binaural tones I've used work, and I've made a few that have given their intended effects, but a large portion don't do anything for me, including the tulpatone. I'm not entirely sure why.

Here, download this (rain version requested by Colonel/Duke). I also have a white noise track that I didn't put on the resources thread yet that you can use. Perhaps I should just add them now.

On another note, nice video, tulpo. Oughta follow Saint's advice. Lurk around the off-topic board some more. Hell, I should make one of these if I could stop being so fucking lazy.
