Trouble with focus/ out of practice

I feel sad saying that I probably haven't visited my wonderland to interact with my tulpa enough within these last few months. While I was sure that I had enough time theoretically, even in my busy schedule, by the time I actually did get enough time in my day, I was really worn out and continued to put it off in favor of other types of forcing, like narration or trying to spark up a few simple conversations to practice vocality before I went to sleep.

Now that I've finished a few major commitments, I'm sure that I actually do have the time and energy for a tulpa. Unfortunately, since I haven't visualized for a very long time, I'm completely out of practice. I can't really focus on anything for more than a few seconds and things are out of focus or shifting in detail. Does anyone know of any methods to start out simple and work your way back into skill, or at least have any tips for focus?

:/ I'm in a similar situation, myself. Unfortunately I don't have much help for you, but I'll be keeping an eye on this thread in case anyone else can help.

Pinky is not a pony. She's an imp.

Sunray is an angel-imp. Ex is humanoid. Kael is a dragon. Magnum is a dog.

So what you're going to want to do is already highlighted in the last sentence of your post: "Start out simple and work your way back into skill."

Start out visualizing a solid color expanse, visualize your tulpa within this expanse, and go from there. As you get better at visualizing your tulpa, add in whatever the fuck you want w/r/t wonderland baubles. Give it a few months, and, boom, detailed wonderland and detailed tulpa.

The guide list here on the forums has sections on both concentration/focus and visualization, so check out the exercises provided there if you haven't already. If you want to work on visualizing your tulpa, I'd recommend doing it gradually, focusing on a different part of your tulpa for each session. Once you feel confident that you're able to visualize each part separately, combine those parts until the form is whole. If you have to go back to touch up on some things, feel free - even if your tulpa is imposed years down the road, it doesn't hurt to practice.
