Vote to eject inactive GAT members
The time has come.

Dialogues hasn't really done much over the last four weeks or so. He didn't vote in any guides that were up for group review, for sure. He has been online since they were up, but not in the last two weeks.

Zero has done even less. Surprisingly he never even did any of the guides that were allotted to him nearly six weeks ago. He hasn't voted in many guides up for further review, either. And I've contacted him personally countless times to get it started, with acknowledgement but no action.

So I'm starting a vote to remove them from the GAT for the sake of the people who actually do want to get things moving. A 60% agreement among GATs will pass this, as per the original pastebin, but I suppose we should vote separately for each. I'll vote "yes" for removal for both.

And if either wants to come out of the woodwork to defend themselves then I'm sure they are welcome to.

Too much irony 5 me.

Also for the sake of this bullhonkey actually working, I honestly hope other GAT members acknowledge this thing.

I would like to hear what they will say first. If they ignore this thing then it's safe to say Zero and Dialogues either aren't here or don't care. Or both. And then I can easily make my vote at least.

I'm feeling like Zero is doing this because he's trying to show people that just because he started this whole thing, it doesn't make him a good approver and you should think who you vote next time. Conspiracy theories.

RE: Vote to eject inactive GAT members
I agree with Sands that there should be some waiting time for the inactive GAT members to respond before a vote is made.

Also, with how the initial voting system for the GAT members was set up, it was already obvious that if you promoted others to use ad hominem for their reasons to disapprove of another member, it was more of people lashing out their entrenched predispositions of dislike/negativity/etc. of another member.

It’s like saying that because a person has their own way of having a standpoint/opinion/stance on a concept, that they’re incapable of becoming a GAT member (even though the system wanted a group of opinionated perspectives for group thinking). Essentially, ad hominem circumstantial and other attacks wasn’t the way to go.

It was only until people could see who was actually trying to get things done as fast as possible that opinions may have changed at the time.

So even if Zero came to the revelation that the format at the time was a bad idea (which is kind of too late to have that realization on his end), trying to justify the inactivity for the reason that coming up with a system doesn’t necessarily make the person capable of being part of it is futile and counterproductive in the first place.

I wanted to conjecture that it was because of the Holidays/Christmas that had low activity since .info was desolate for weeks now. But we’ll just have to wait for other GAT members to respond.

Well, I say that if your life is so busy that you need more than a month to rate a few simple guides then maybe this isn't your thing.

Also I have no idea what you said about Zero, but I have a feeling I wasn't saying that. What I was saying was that he's not doing anything on purpose so he would be voted off, just to show others they shouldn't have voted for him just because he made this thing. But it's my conspiracy theory because I like those.

Ah OK, I apologize for the misinterpretation there, thanks for clarifying Sands.

I'm going to have to agree with this. I will wait a little while to see if Dialogues and Zero have a real valid excuse though before casting my vote.

They might check their forum PMs less often. Might be worth asking them on IRC in the channels they frequent.
I have no idea about what Zero wants to do, but Dialogues was interested last I recall. I'll try to contact him again when I see him online.

Also might be worth postponing this until after they holidays.

What I was saying was that he's not doing anything on purpose so he would be voted off, just to show others they shouldn't have voted for him just because he made this thing. But it's my conspiracy theory because I like those.

The first thing, I totally agree with. The conspiracy thing is partially true, as in, people shouldn't have voted for me just because I made this thing, but I'm not doing this on purpose.

I've been having some issues recently IRL, both tulpa related and non-tulpa related, and though I did have the time to go over the guides and do them, they weren't really a priority to me. I wanted to deal with those issues first, and then get fully into GAT after that, but it's taking a lot longer than I expected, hence my inactivity. It's not really that I don't want to be an active part of the GAT, since if it wasn't for me shoving pastebins and vote page links into everyone's faces all the time this thing wouldn't have even been here, however things just didn't work out as I planned they would.

So, if you guys think that means I can't be a GAT, I'm fine with that, however if I do get the option, I'd like to request to be only temporarily removed until I get this shit sorted, so I can be able to contribute to the GAT in the future. I'll leave the decision of permanent or temporary removal up to the team, though, so if you're going to vote yes (and for the love of god please don't vote no, that'd only be taking up space) also add whether you want me temporarily or permanently removed.

Or the Managers decide that it's not an option to be temporarily removed (though I believe it's in the pastebin), but either way I'm leaving that up to you guys.
