jean-luc February 3, 2018 Share February 3, 2018 Potentially they may be able to, but you shouldn't rely on it. Don't make a tulpa just to try and help yourself with these issues. I don't visit as often as I used to. If you want me to see something, make sure to quote a post of mine or ping me @jean-luc
TheWindFish February 4, 2018 Share February 4, 2018 I can say "maybe" with great certainty. I remember at least one person, either on these forums or on reddit, who was successfully kicked out of their body during a panic attack and calmed down via tulpa. There are also numerous accounts of tulpas having some capacity to influence their host's emotional state. I have no Idea how your schizo-affective disorder and tulpa may interact. My advice would be to experiment, but follow whatever instructions you are given by anyone with a PHD (within reason).
Mel Syreth February 5, 2018 Share February 5, 2018 The possibility is certainly there, ghost.
