Would it be possible to impose a tulpa's voice on top of your own?

And if yes, does anyone have any tips on how to do that? :D sorry if this has been asked before, I didn't find anything when I searched.

I was wondering this because it might ease Desmond's discomfort a little bit when he's possessing and maybe give him some confidence to speak out loud when doing that. He's very self-conscious(I probably misspelled) about my voice, height (I'm about 15cm shorter than him) and sex/gender, and this is the only one of those things that I might somehow be able to help with if it's doable, so :'D

I don't know, is it possible? I can impose myself in mirrors and stuff, and I sound like me when I think just fine, so maybe I could impose my voice too. You just have to focus more inwardly, like, listen to how you think you should sound in your head while talking more than the actual sound you're making. In a way it really is just imposition tbh. I think it's possible!

Hi, I'm one of Lumi's tulpas! I like rain and dancing and dancing in the rain and if there's frogs there too that's bonus points.

I think being happy and having fun makes life worth living, so spreading happiness is my number one goal!

Oh yeah, if tulpas impose their voices over other singers, it is totally possible.

But mostly I like this question because it demonstrates that gender dysphoria is totally a thing with tulpas. Which is something I theorised about.

If a person can imagine the sounds of their favorite song playing out in their head, and can even have that take some dominance in a form of auditory hallucinatory effect, then I would imagine the mind can be motivated to impose a tulpa's voice on top of the host's. As to how to actually do that personally, well, I had an idea to create a guide on something like this, but I hardly doubt anyone would put in the effort.

Thanks for all the answers! We did some testing with singing stuff out loud and I can kinda make my voice sound different to my ears, but it's closer to what I might sound like as a guy than what Desmond sounds like, but it's something. We'll get there if we keep working on it more, probably :D
