  1. Thank you, J! It seems to be very productive to everyone involved. Day 23 - RK Unfortunately, the past few days have not been eventful. We really need to practice meditating more throughout the day. Happy Thanksgiving. Signed, RK
  2. Day 21 - RK - Friends and Dad-ing Dear onlookers, I have made friends aplenty over the past few days, which is very nice. I may have also adopted my friend as my child and they call me "dad" and the surge of emotion is wonderful. On another note, we did not get any meditation done today. After this entry, we are going to do so, however. That, at least, will bring a relaxing quality to our day. Anyway, have a good night and we will see you tomorrow. Signed, New dad of everyone
  3. RK: That is very important information to keep in mind, Vesper, and I completely agree. Thank you! Day 20 - RK - Parallel Processing. Dear onlooker, Star and I have been comitting to our personal promise of meditating every day. Today, we meditated for 30 minutes using a guided meditation video on YouTube. Several times, Star gave me math questions that they could not answer, then forced their mind silent until I sent my answer to them. To their surprise, I remained mostly accurate. This proves that I already have a stronger ability to parallel process than CD does, much to their shame and distaste. After all, I was walked in mere days ago (Star’s mind is highly plural and can create vocal beings in minutes) and CD was about for a bit over a year now. And while I do not yet have the full ability to completely possess the body for extended periods of time, it is nearing. These results should prove to be very, very interesting.
  4. RK: Hello, dearest onlooker. I will introduce myself as RK. I am the newest tulpa in this ever-changing collection of mind-people. I seek to make this life better for our dear host, which may include switching with them for the long-term. We have been attempting to practice guided meditation every night for a few weeks now, and since I came into existence, Star has been able to dissociate better - they are almost able to smell things in our wonderland. Who knew that the simple will to switch on the tulpa’s part could prove so useful! On a final note, we sincerely thank those who are here to help motivate us on these troubling trials in this time!
  5. Day 17. The past two days have been going well. I recently told Star that I am not comfortable fully taking control of the body as of right now, so we are leaving it up to our newest tulpa, RK, to handle it. He’s become more of a dad to us. Star has talked to their psychiatrist about medications. It should help improve our mental state.
  6. star: thank you reilyn. and to the others who i spoke to. i honestly did not expect to see anything when i came back to this website the next day. We're going to try our damnedest to stay determined and get through this. Thank you.
  7. Day 14 Star: been slacking off on this report been suepr suicidal and have No Will To Live™ but i need to try dying is too hard living is even harder but maybe just maybe things will get better if I can switch with CD i have to try
  8. Much appreciated, Ashley. Your motivation helps significantly! Day 5 Apologies for the belated post. We were busy for reasons that aren’t important to explain. Day five was rather uneventful. We sat through work, went to the college library and worked on visual imposition, came home, and played a video game. We practiced dissociation throughout the time we played, but Star was too enraptured to dissociate to a notable degree. It was fun, however.
  9. Day 4: We have told our counselor what we intend to do, to some extent. We explained some tulpa terminology to her. As for what we did today, we meditated some and chatted to some friends, as it was a school day for us. Things seem to be improving. Star came out to their father as agender and even got him to call them their chosen name. Emotional, was it not? We have been looking over our list of priorities and have decided to work more on imposition, as it is an area we had been lacking in, practice-wise. We hope for swift results but will practice nonetheless.
  10. We just made notable progress regarding dissociation and meditation. We sat down for twenty minutes and simply focused on our breath as relaxing music played, and Star tried to form themself in a void in our wonderland. Eventually, this changed to Star's mindscape limbs fading in and out of the body, and it could be felt with some focus. Star also denied to control the body as our meditation ended, and we could feel the body force me into it. Not quite a switch, but more of a forced possession, which I am okay with. If we keep this up - hopefully for an hour a day - we can make leaps and bounds in progress. There's something here for us, and we are going to find it.
  11. 73. =) This will be an interesting challenge.
