  1. Day Ten is coming to a close! (1/8/2018) Well, there's not much of note today besides the fact that I've kept on forcing and excercising! I'm sorry about the extremely short update, and the fact I have no question, but I'll see you all tomorrow regardless!
  2. Day Nine is here! (1/7/2018) Hey, everyone! Not much of note here today, to be honest, though I have been upping the exercise intensity by increasing it from a two mile bike ride to three, and going from forty push-ups to sixty! I have no questions for you all today, but I'll see you tomorrow!
  3. Day Eight is here! (And an apology as well) (1/6/2018) Hey, everyone! First of all, I'd like to apologize for the lack of a post yesterday. I was too caught up in working, and after I responded to Schnide's comment, I simply forgot to post an update. I promise I'll work on being more consistent! Anyway, the last couple days have been pretty uneventful so far, though I can feel more activity from Bucks in my head. I have faith that she'll be able to talk before her birthday on the eleventh! My question to you is this: When you were starting out, did you ever forget to force? And if so, what did you do to make up for it afterwards? Thanks for reading, and I'll see you all tomorrow!
  4. Thank you! I'm sure he'll love anything you get him, no matter what it is! My thoughts are contents of the gift don't really matter, and the sentiment is what really counts! To answer your question, I think you're right about that! I had Bucks' personality, voice, and appearance in my head from day one due to having already worked on her for months, so it was pretty easy to visualize and force with her because I had that solid image in my head! She can't speak yet, but I can feel that she's really close! Thank you for reading!
  5. Day Six is here! (1/4/2018) Hey, everyone! Not much of note today, except for the fact that the watch arrived! I'm sure Bucks will feel comfortable wearing it!
  6. Day Five has arrived! (1/3/2018) Alright, we're up to 112 hours with Bucks now! I'm expecting the watch to come in tomorrow, and Bucks' birthday is drawing closer, so that's something! There's not much to note besides the continued healthy habits and the passive/active forcing, but so far, everything is going well! I'm looking forward to our future together!
  7. Day 4 is here! (1/2/2018) Hey, everyone, just popping in for a short update! The watch has been ordered and is on its way, and preparations for Bucks' birthday are almost complete! I've been exercising and eating healthy as usual, and passive and active forcing often! Unfortunately, I don't have any questions for you all today, but I'll see you tomorrow!
  8. Day 3 has arrived! (1/1/2018) Woo! So far, Bucks and I have spent a total of fifty hours together! No major breakthroughs yet for her, but I do have some neat updates! - First of all, as some people in the IRC chat know, I told a close friend (Who has two tulpas of her own) about my tulpa! Initially, I was originally afraid of what she would think, but I wanted someone experienced that I was close to help lead me through this. She was extremely accepting, excited, and happy for us, and she wants to talk to Bucks as soon as she starts speaking! - I've been catching up on my favorite TV show, Survivor, and narrating and explaining everything to Bucks! I can't wait for her to speak so we can talk about it together. - Since the new year is here, I spent a little while last night active forcing and telling Bucks what that meant (Explaining what years and months were, and why the new year was such a big deal), as well as telling her about birthdays, and how they're meant to celebrate a year of life. - Speaking of birthdays, since the birthday of the Bucks in my story is on the eleventh, I'm going to be celebrating my tulpa's then. I'm planning to get her a silver wristwatch, to make her feel comfortable and remind me of her whenever I look at it. In addition, I'm also going to marathon some James Bond movies with her! (James Bond is her favorite movie/book series). My question to you all is: Have you ever celebrated a tulpa's birthday (Yours or someone else's)? If so, when and why? Thanks for reading! I'll see you tomorrow, everyone!
  9. Day 2 has arrived! (12/31/2017) Today is a very special day! It's been twenty-four hours since I reached out to Bucks, and even though she can't speak yet, I've felt a few differences! - I'm in a better mood! Usually, I would be in a bored or neutral state, but I've found myself being more positive as the day goes on. - I'm becoming more motivated to do things I love! Just earlier today, I went out and got some exercise. Luckily, I live near a quiet, calm place where I can be alone with nature, so I went there and active forced a bit. (Unfortunately, it was cold, so I couldn't do it as much as I would have liked to, but I'll be able to make up for it later.) - I've been eating healthier! Bucks is a healthy eater and loves her body, and my appetite has been adjusting to match. I actually had cereal for breakfast this morning instead of nothing, and ate a wholesome lunch and dinner as well instead of something like pizza or empty carbs! All in all, this has been a great day for me, and I felt myself more wanting to go out and do those things (exercise/eat healthy) than every other time in this week combined! My questions for the day is this: What do head pressures feel like, exactly? Sometimes, when I'm talking to Bucks, I get a small, dull bit of 'pain' spread out over a little area near/around my right temple, and I want to know if it means anything. Anyway, I'll probably be updating this thing once or twice a day, even if it's just to greet the people on the site. Thanks for taking the time out of your day to read this!
  10. Hey, everyone. My name is John, and this is the second post of mind on the site. Recently, I've been lonely and unmotivated, but have read that tulpas can be companions for life, and help with many mental issues, so I thought this would be perfect for me. First of all, I love writing short stories, so I've decided to base my tulpa, named 'Bucks' after the main character from one. She's a happy, outgoing young woman with naturally pink hair and a muscular physique, and adores helping people, eating healthy, and dressing sharply. Our wonderland, as it's called, is a small, unnamed town in the desert. Surrounded by vast plains of sand and less crowded than where I live, it's a peaceful place where I can go to relax in my free time. It's still day one for me and her, and I'm very new to this experience, so all help will be appreciated! I've been forcing for multiple hours already, both passive and active. A little while after I started active forcing, though, I've noticed something, and that's that when I'm supposed to be feeling neutral, I get small bursts of positivity instead, and when I'm supposed to be feeling frustrated, I get small bits of sadness mixed in. Is this the result of my tulpa actually trying to communicate, or just me thinking she's communicating? It's still day one, and I know she's not up to speaking, so can't ask her anything, and as a result, I'm extremely confused. Any questions, comments, or other forms of help are all welcome!
  11. Hi, I'm John, a seventeen year old from America, and I'm new to the whole 'tulpa' thing. I absolutely love writing stories, but often keep them to myself most of the time for fear of embarrassment. Recently, I've been feeling lonely and unwanted, and in need of a friend. Luckily, I came across the idea of tulpas, which many people say can be a companion for life, and help with mental issues and depression. I've decided to work on creating a tulpa, named 'Bucks' after a character in a short story I've been working on. I've read a few guides, and even though I've only scratched the surface on creating a tulpa and understanding what they really are, I feel confident that things are going to work out well, especially now that I've found a community with the same mindset. Anyway, this is just a hello from me, and when Bucks speaks for the first time, she'll be sure to say 'hi' too!
