  1. Get familiar with your tulpa. Don't misunderstand my words. Getting familiar means knowing tulpa by your gut feeling. Getting familiar means you are able to remember your tulpa image vividly and in great details without any interference. You have to be able to feel every detail which describes and makes your tulpa what it is just by remembering it, by your gut feeling without using words, without dividing description of your tulpa on different aspects but instead perceiving tulpa as a monolithic object, as a living being.
  2. There are no 2 or 3 articles which answer all questions. In general you can start with familiarizing with mind-body problem https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mind–body_problem . From there you can follow to particular authors like David Chalmers for example. Also there are more books and articles about smaller questions, like how exactly our long term memory and mechanism of remembering something works (hint:it is easy to answer the question how PC memory works. But how works memory of sentient being? That one harder). And the questions which are staying unanswered are telling more than answers we get from some researches.
  3. You have two choices. 1. Start reading modern and not so modern researches about brain and mind. 2. Believe my words that it is possible to have more than 1 tulpa and there is no limit. Thinking about your self and your brain and tulpa like its PC and software running on it isn't right analogy. If your analogy was right in the first place, you wouldn't be able to create tulpa. Which is not the case. So...stop worrying and instead focus on what you perceive. Second issue is too hard for me.
  4. That's one of the funniest and complex questions at the same time. Because for most of us it is difficult to answer this question, I propose to slightly alter your question. But rest assured, the new question, the answer, the core of this matter stays the same. So this is your new question: "Am I real? Are other people real? Is my mind real? Are other people's minds real?" This is not a question of common sense or common knowledge. In reality it is a very serious question which tingles on the minds of scientists and philosophers. Give it some thinking, give it some googling, don't take for granted what you think you know.
  5. Look here and then use google: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iṣṭa-devatā http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iṣṭha-deva(tā)_(Buddhism) Will you ever use word like "creepypasta" when trying to find a classical horror book? I don't think so. Same here. Use proper words.
  6. Depends. If you are prone to certain techniques it may be optimal to try this type of training. But it can be the opposite. Than its better to start training imposition with your tulpa, collaborating with your tulpa during the process.
  7. Instead of trying to discredit this data you really should try to gain something useful from it. Oh, its possible, it correlates with previous scientific knowledge etc. Just posting "I don't believe you" isnt a scientific way to go. Try thinking a little. delta/theta and gamma. Why do you think there is such a difference, can this help us to improve forcing methods? Think about this, not about useless thing which will not lead to anything.
  8. Consciousness regardless of its origin lives in the past(80ms delay). Unconsciousness lives in the present. And 80 ms is completely plausible. If you know the difference between conscious reaction and unconscious. This explains how tulpas are imposed, but this doesn't help much with the ways to impose.
  9. There is indeed some brain cycles linked to sleep, and messing with it allows to get easy lucid dreaming, hallucinations etc. But you don't have to change you sleep pattern alot. Going to bed 4-5 hours later than usual is enough to get any results, if you match with your brain cycles and know what to do when right time comes. Ill say it again so no one will dismiss importance of these words - you have to know when and what to do. You have to train to focus your mind, otherwise you will miss everything. But if you train focus of your mind, you don't have to do anything of this. At one point you will start lucid dreaming in regular sleep, and getting hallucinations will not be a big problem.
  10. Collective hallucination is a scientifically proven fact. On the other hand, what if you are using false interpretations of tibetian's teachings to make your statements? Tibetians actually teach very practical things, maybe in their own terms, but they teach practical things which can be described in terms of modern science. Don't make mistake using your own definitions of words when talking about tibetian teachings, without learning what they meant in reality. They didn't have modern words to describe their teachings, but it doesn't mean they describe something unreal. Just because you name hypnosis a "eyexraymagiccontrol" it doesn't change fact that its hypnosis and it exists(and used by scientists).
  11. Just a rough example http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mass_hysteria Imposition - hallucinating. I dont' see any problem with collective hallucinations.
  12. It is possible, and its perfectly explainable by science. But I don't know what exactly step by step you have to do to achieve it. Go ahead and be a pioneer in this field(at least in our community).
  13. Found some related commentary http://scribd.com/doc/101105729/Ratna-Kila As I said, without previous training and help it's hard to follow this text. And one more link with better wording: http://scribd.com/doc/100902538/Commentaries-on-the-Practice-of-Vajrakilaya-Clearscan Pay attention to first pages, because important points are made there.
