  1. When I first started creating my tulpa, I was at a loss as to what to name her. Then, the name Miriam popped into my head. I had just come back from a church retreat and was reading Exodus in my free time, so it may have had something to do with it, but even afterwards, when I went over it, Miriam just seemed right. Then I discovered Miriam means "rebellious". :/
  2. Hi, I'm known on the internet as Constructman. I'm a teenager from Canada. I first discovered tulpae two years ago but as I was in what the occult and psionic community calls the "fluff bunny" stage, it never really got off the ground. Now, I've decided to try again and have started over. I hope I learn a lot both from this website and from the tulpa creation process.
  3. Thank you for the replies. I think I have a better idea now. Any tips specifically for when you're just starting out (less than a week since starting, no response at all yet, etc.).
  4. Oh, well. :p I actually meant what you do during the session, sorry for the confusion (unless that was a joke, in which case haha).
  5. Hello, this is my first post on the forums. I recently played out the groundwork for a tulpa. I've got the base concept of her appearance and a wonderland visualized, am currently working on the finer details of personality, and have started narrating to her throughout the day as I go about my business. However, there's this question on my mind: while I am familiar with the concept of active forcing, I'm at a loss as to what to actually do during a session. I've read a few of the progress journals on this forum for tips, but I'm still a bit lost. Is it basically just passive forcing, but more focused and repetitive (depending on how much info you're forcing)?
