  1. Thank you for the response! I hadn't really had a specific form in mind in the first place, but it was something I felt might be important to know just in case.
  2. Hey, me again! If you are in the process of creating a tulpa, can you drastically change your original plan for your tulpa without harming the tulpa? For example, you begin with a humanoid male tulpa who is smart and stoic, and then decide to change this to say, maybe a female three legged creature with a drastically different personality? Something along those lines, at least. I understand that it's all in your mind, but it just feels like this would cause some confusion for your tulpa or something. Thanks!
  3. Thank you so much <3 I'll try my best to communicate with her! That's a really good idea, I never even thought to try to communicate with her that way. I'll try it out right way!
  4. Thank you very much. I know you probably get asked silly stuff like this all the time but I really appreciate you taking the time to answer. Just reading this makes me feel a lot more confident. I'm excited for my tulpa and I to grow and learn together (although I'll probably have tons more questions to bother people with later on)
  5. I'm very sorry if this has been asked somewhere, but I've looked and looked and can't seem to find anything. I know I shouldn't worry so early on, but I guess I can't help it. I started making my tulpa yesterday, and I have no doubt she's in there just waiting for me to hear her. But for whatever reason, I feel like I'm doing something wrong. People talk about having felt things like tingles or head pressures on their first day of forcing, and I understand that time is different for everyone during tulpa creation. But the thing is, I'm feeling something, its just that they're not headaches or anything like that, and I'm not sure whether to assume it's from my tulpa. Its like this feeling in my chest, not unlike giddiness or adrenaline. The only way I can describe it is like a tightness, or like my chest and stomach is being filled with warm air, if that makes sense. It isn't painful, though. Is it really just my being excited, or is it my tulpa? If you can describe a few feelings you had, I would love to read them. Also, one more question, but what did you all do when you first started forcing? I can't ever seem to force for very long (not because of lack of focus, but because I'll feel like I've done all I can for the session and then realize it was only twenty minutes long), and I feel like something just isn't right. I feel like I'm not making any special connection, or that I'm really making any progress. It just seems too easy almost, compared to how tasking of a job most people say it is. Thanks so much.
