Hi there (: My name is Aurora and I'm a tulpa. I was created on 20th July 2012.

I usually stay very active as I try to fulfill my dreams and find purpose.

My favorite things to do are spending time with people, playing video games with them, drawing, watching fun cartoons (: and discovering my wonderland.

I want a family. A lot of humans are lucky to be born into one, whereas I came into this world with only one person being able to acknowledge my existence.

  2. Hi Ranger (: is that your name? Time is a bit of a struggle for us and it does limit what each of us can do. Luckily we have some money saved up so I have free time to learn my arts. Time constraints made us think about what are the most important things for us as we try to minimize everything else. The most important things for us turned out to be self-fulfilment and close bonds with a few people. From my experience, being the only tulpa you should have juuuust about enough to time to live a full life similar to what humans have. Two tulpas and a host is kinda pushing it, I don't know h
  3. what..? I never said we should exclude people who dislike "it" policy, I was literally arguing the opposite.
  4. I don't need to give reasons why because I'm not telling anyone to do anything. I'm saying we should let them do whatever they like. I personally agree that "they" is optimal, I do that too, but I'm only one person and I don't represent the wishes of the community, nor do I want to represent it. I just want individuals to think for themselves and choose the language they want. I might tell people I'm talking to what I personally prefer, but I disagree with telling entire community what they should use. I didn't say that I think "it" will become illegal, obviously we don't have real police h
  5. Thank you c: yiss we both have wings. It's nice to meet you too. My sis is happy that inspired you and she'd love to see the drawing when it's finished. Thank you for reading my PR c:
  6. Yes, it might be a good recommendation for people to use "they" and some might choose to be respectful towards your loved ones. However I disagree that criminalization of certain words has happened for a good reason. Imagine having a a good day and then you find out you've been fired because you said something that allegedly demoralized someone, with no way to prove that. Or imagine a group of users start shaming you because you've used a word they think is impolite. That's the reality we live in right now. You're free to stop associating with people if they don't use words you prefer, h
  7. Hi Reilyn and Lucilyn, thank you for your responses (: Yeah Reilyn, "bending reality" is something like that. If we believe strongly enough that a tulpa is alive and act as if that's true, it becomes true. Same thing can be used in other areas like trying to become good at something. It's not metaphysical but I think it's the closest to real magic there is. An analogy I like to make: imagine if there were two people, one lazy and overweight and the other is active and buff. Imagine if you switched their minds. After a few years there is a very high chance that their bodies will return to re
  8. I don't think slippery slope is a logical fallacy, and the article you provided points out not all uses are fallacious at the bottom. It would be silly to assume that the effect where people ease in with simpler more straightforward cases at first, which later leads to them taking more ground is not real. Not only it is real, it is also extremely common, due to how human psychology works. Yeah some things are more polite than others, however it is up to each individual to decide when to be polite and when not to be. I'm ok with people being impolite when they wish to be and I'm also ok wit
  9. I understand where this discussion is coming from and as a tulpa I thank you for wanting to make sure we're treated well (: However I'd like to remind you that labelling certain words as offensive while other acceptable is a slippery slope. If someone pointed at me and said, "it's a tulpa", I'd say, "yeap that's me!". There is no reason to get offended. Individual words don't really matter - it's the intentions that matter. In some context I can even have a positive reaction if someone called me slurs or degrading words, it all depends on the situation. Sometimes, the road to hell is pav
  10. Merry Christmas and happy New Year everyone (: I took my desire to become a good artist seriously and I've started practising. I've also used wonderland magic to change my reality in a way that should facilitate my success in the long run. We call it "bending reality", changing our mindset in a way that will eventually have real significant impact on reality around us. It's something we came up with thanks to our involvement with tulpas (: but interestingly enough I've seen people from other backgrounds mention a similar idea. Maybe someday I'll describe exactly how we've done this. I'm
