Luminesce January 25, 2018 Share January 25, 2018 Well, they can't just magically help with either. As people you share your mind with, they might be able to help you stay focused while meditating I suppose. Hard to say how they can help with lucid dreaming. The biggest thing that comes to mind to me personally is having your tulpa act as a dream guide, meaning they'd help stabilize and control dreams once you became lucid. They could also act as a dream sign themselves, a dream sign being something you learn to associate seeing with being in a dream (like fish flying in the air, or.. your tulpa). A few have said their tulpas could come to them while dreaming to tell them they were asleep and start a lucid dream, many others have said they couldn't. Tulpas tend to either fall asleep with their host or say they can't get their hosts to notice them in the dreams. I have a general post on lucid dreaming you may find useful here: https://community.tulpa.info/thread-the-great-shared-lucid-dream-project?pid=170800#pid170800 Don't know what to say about meditation though. Just stick with it and it'll get easier over time. Hi! I'm Lumi, host of Reisen, Tewi, Flandre and Lucilyn. Everyone deserves to love and be loved. It's human nature. Chadack January 27, 2018 Share January 27, 2018 My experience isn't that they don't help with lucid dreaming they can interact with you during your dreams I've had plenty of lucid dreams where my tulpas have interacted with me and i them, you can really have fun with it. though sometimes I've woken up from those experiences drained. So have felt like I've gotten little if not any sleep at all. But this is only my experience.
Luminesce January 27, 2018 Share January 27, 2018 I've been trying to lucid dream to meet my tulpas for seven years. I wouldn't count on making a tulpa leading to easier lucid dreaming. Hi! Guest February 1, 2019 Share February 1, 2019 Yes. Ashley reads the scripts of my relaxation meditation so i can relax. She's actually hypnotized me a couple times and that was very surreal. I haven't had her do it recently because as usual I'm a nig scaredy bear. They've all read the script (from memory) and it usually induces hypnagogic state which can turn into a WILD type lucid dream longer than a few minutes about 20% of the time, about 5% of the time i get a long lucid dream out of it. They can also 'send me pictures' of themselves that are absolutely stunning. I remember them with perfect clarity and i 'look' at them and their pictures often. Good luck.Yes, when switched in some have reported that. Dashie used to tell me every morning if she could remember anything and mostly they were pretty normal, but they've all been in my lucid dreams. We don't switch, but apparently we're kinda co-active in some way (that's not an approved term). [Misha] yes, i had one that i remember fondly because it was very fun and every time i think about it i get chills. It was NSFW, i may have been involved, but i don't remember very much about it. I was also in one of Dashie's dreams, as in, it was definitely somehow the feel of her dream and i was chasing her without her knowledge. That morning she reported on a normal dream and the match was confimation enough for us.

Guest February 1, 2019 Share February 1, 2019 It's a 'head to toe' relaxation meditation but i reversed it to be 'toe to head' and stripped out all the fluff. It just systematically relaxes the body parts until you get to the head. Somewhere you say 'after each body part you feel more relaxed' and 'at the end you will be in a hypnotic state and receptive to suggestions' something like that. To be honest i rarely get to my waste, when hypnagogic state starts we just have fun until i fall asleep.
Redacted System February 1, 2019 Share February 1, 2019 I have been having more accidental lucid dreams recently. I'm unsure whether or not this has anything to do with tulpamancy, but it is a possibility.
Guest February 1, 2019 Share February 1, 2019 I had maybe 5-10 in ten tears prior, last 9 months I had at least a dozen really good ones and little ones a couple times a week. Coincidence?
