Aceblade's Progression

Hello! Well, my title isn't the most....imaginative, but it's simple. So anyways, I've discovered this whole community by surfing the internet and took quite alot of interest into it. (Also I'm not very good with keeping track of progression since I tend to be distracted.....a lot, but not all the time.)

Anyways, this isn't about me, but more my Tulpa progression. I've started my Tulpa creation on 8-3-2015, the same day I discovered this site. I've started to get frequent small head-aches/head pressures (also my head does get tingly when I am doing narration) as the week went by. I did have some nagging feeling in the back of my head about 1-2 years ago.

I have a form ready for when my Tulpa gets sentient, but haven't really did personality at all. Though I do sometimes get this nervous feeling in my chest when I wake up.

My brain can be like rush hour traffic at times, so it's hard for me to tell whether or not my Tulpa is trying to reach to me.

Again, I'm not that great with tracking progression, but I did at least type this down so I don't forget (like I always do).

I'm quite new too but here are just some tips from me:

1. Good report, but maybe you should put the date in the top of the post.

2. The nervous feeling is probally not your tulpa. Some people can't talk at all to their tulpa just as they woke up (but maybe it is your tulpa).

3. I have a tought-pattern like a mad scientist, but meditation helps me. You should try it, it isn't hard (or self-hynpnosys).

Looking ahead for the next report :)
