Lacquer March 1, 2013 Share March 1, 2013 http://i.imgur.com/3W88QOa.png That image is what I see when I browse the forum. I have a 1600x900 screen and I have disabled avatars. Any advice?
Chupi March 1, 2013 Share March 1, 2013 You mean the slightly incorrect centering of user title, post count and join date? I just verified it happens on my Firefox with avatars enabled, if I make my window too wide. It appears to be a bug in the CSS, but it's very minor and aesthetic. The new theme when the overhaul comes should fix it though. Barktooth March 1, 2013 Share March 1, 2013 On my laptop (1366x768) it looks completely normal, but on a 1920x1080 screen there's this bug. Doesn't matter since we are getting the new layout, though..
Guest ThunderClap March 1, 2013 Share March 1, 2013 Huh, my screen is 1600x900 resolution also, and it looks like I am getting the same bug, with avatars enabled. http://i.imgur.com/TqLQ6NI.png Resized browser window: http://i.imgur.com/0utoBBc.png It might have something to do with the screen resolution. Chupi March 2, 2013 Share March 2, 2013 It might have something to do with the screen resolution. Window width, more specifically. The name box's width is set as a percent of the page width, but has a minimum width. Some of the elements inside it are positioned as centered and others are positioned as a distance from the left side of the box. So long as it's at that minimum width everything looks fine. But when it gets wider than that, the inconsistent ways of positioning elements becomes visible. You get a similar effect if you make two lines in Word, one centered by setting it to "centered" justification, and another centered by typing spaces before it. The two look the same, but if you change font sizes or page width, they don't line up anymore.
