Can a Tulpa be more creative than the host?

Considiring that the tulpa has the same knowledge as its host, I guess the answer is "no". but my real question is if a tulpa may be better at harnessing one's creative abilities, thus making it easier for them to compose music or make pieces of art, than it would be for the host.

I myself have a natural affinity towards music, though I didn't develop upon it as much as I wish i could have, instead focusing on math and science. I hope to teach my tulpa to harness this my musical talent, and maybe we will be able to compose music together.

Creativity is not something the brain has. Creativity is how one thinks, and uses the brain's resources. Tulpas can think differently than a host--who has the same brain--and can therefore be more "creative" than the host.

It's similar to the argument of intelligence, as intelligence, again, is merely how you use your brain's resources. A tulpa who thinks in a different way than you can come to conclusions more quickly, and regarding different things.

"If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. If any of this is possible, it may be helpful. If not, it won't be."

Now I find that I do have a natural talent for music (which I want to develop upon). Will this help the tulpa in creating and preforming music, or is this talent merely part of my own personality

It'd be a part of your own personality, but more like...facets of a diamond. It's a diamond, but every face can be different.

If you want to help along Burnishe, I'd say you should just try and imagine things for her to do.

It's like this. You want your tulpa to be a firefighter, give them the tools. Learn how to carry the hose, know how heavy the coat is and how to put on the masks quickly. Know how to rush through a fire. You don't have to be a firefighter yourself, but it helps give the tulpa more tools to work with.

Conversely, since you have a talent for music, build on it. Learn about instruments you didn't know existed. Get weird with it, have fun.

Well I couldn't tell you exactly where that kind of thing would reside--whether it's in your personality, or that you've created strong connections in your neurons for that kind of thing. But either way, I think that a tulpa's empathetic nature would allow it to see things as you see things, if it really tried.

Thanks for that advice. That makes perfect sense.:D

Creativity is seeing a circle, a square, and a triangle, and making it into something, so it is easily possible for you to see the shapes as a face (or whatever) and your tulpa to see something completely different

Tulpa: Adryan Form: Anthro wolf-ish Stage: *sighs loudly*

Age: Looks 17, is actually 1 1/2

Recalling my dreams continue to show me that my mind overall is more than capable in being creative without me having to directly derive from it (I'm being a bit basic with the conceptualization with the unconscious and conscious awareness), or having to utilize its resources to do so. I think it's an understatement for others to state that the brain doesn't have creativity, especially with things such as implicit knowledge, and the imaginative potential that's so apparent in our dreams. And if one does cognitive activities that helps with streaming in all sorts of inspiration and such, it's really a matter of us becoming aware of the mind being able to associate easily to make all sorts of subjective experiences for creativity.

It's one thing to utilize the rudiments the mind can do to create your own twist and make something creative, but it's a completely different thing when you practice to become aware of how your mind can easily overwhelm you with things you never thought you could even fathom. And add a thought form into that equation that the mind obviously had some role in, and tulpa presumably having attributes akin to us, I'd say the creativity we apply consciously is barely touching the surface.

If you become aware of some of the processes that are typically outside of your awareness, it'll be hard to believe that creativity is plausible only in the circumstance in how one utilizes the brain's resources, especially when the brain itself would be kicking that usage in over-drive either way.
