Can you modify a tulpa after it's completed?

After your tulpa is fully completed, is it possible to alter it's physical appearance and/or personality?

Sorry if I'm making too many topics btw, it's just I'm new to this and have so many questions.

Have you read the FAQ? Most of your questions are answered there.

The answer to your question is:

Appearance: no, with the slight exception of change of a change of clothes.

Personality: It will continue to develop and mature as time goes on, so if you define that as change then yes.

So if I'm understanding you correctly, after it's completed, it's personality will change, but only on it's own, you can't just consciously decide to make a specific modification to it's personality?

You are understanding me.

I think appearance should be flexible before imposition, and less flexible after, but it should be possible, as long as both you and the tulpa desire this change.

Personality should change at a faster rate than a regular human's, but might become stable after a while.

I don't buy Dane's "no changes" after imposition, what I would believe more is "tulpa might not desire to change itself".

I do remember reading about one of those guys on daemonpage who had a daemon (close to a tulpa in most ways) which had an animal form, but eventually she ended up getting a human form too. I don't see why a tulpa couldn't change form or get new forms, as long as both of you work toward it.

I *really* don't buy Dane's "no changes after imposition", especially after Irish said on the IRC that Alice can change her size or become black at will, and he never visualized either of these.

Lyra: human female, ~17

Evan: boy, ~14, was an Eevee

Anera: anime-style girl, ~12; Lyra made her

I don't buy any tulpa "facts" anymore since a lot of what Irish and Dane said ended up being proven wrong. I guess like what's been said all along, everyone is different.

This hot empty painting should be locked and towed.

I've always believed that making and having a tulpa is a very personal process with no one entirely right way.

Some people seem to have mutable tulpa while others have static ones.
