Daisy

This is to keep track of our progress, I'ts going to be very rough since I'm just going to writing down as I think of what I've been doing. If you're reading this expecting a lot of sense to be made, you're going to be disappointed.

We started a couple days ago. I made Daisy's form a white egg with brown spots just to be simple. I planned on doing a wonderland but wanted to get started with making my tulpa first. I spent some time thinking about what Daisy is like; trying to figure out what their personality is. I went to bed with this in mind and set them in an imagined box full of dried hay and long grass as I got to falling asleep.

The next day I again worked on personality; writing down major traits I felt would fit. I read them out to Daisy and explained how each of them effected a person. At some point a second form was chosen and Daisy took on the form of the pokemon Pigeot. I think I decided on this but I don't really know for sure. Throughout the day I tried imagining daisy being around and giving her attention whenever I could. Nothing else happened of note during the day, but when it was time for bed Daisy decided to be a different pokemon (Pokemon seem to be a theme for a me). This time it was Blazekin. I thought it was interesting but started to worry that maybe this wasn't Daisy, being that there's been three different forms over two days.

I decided on making a Wonderland and it became something akin to the Tardis in Doctor Who. Came complete with a bathroom and a door to "the void" which would later become the entrance and exit. We listened to a podcast I found the same day called "hosts&co" which was kinda interesting. They talked about some things they do with their tulpas and actually mentioned cooking as a fun thing for them. I thought that was kind of cute. I think Daisy thought the same thing because when I came back to the "Tardis", one side of the place had turned into a kitchen and Daisy had begun chopping onions. I questioned it enough that they told me to leave and come back when they were done.

This was weird. I left after telling them to try surprising me with something I haven't cooked before. I came back pretty soon after because I was curious and found a bowl of cookie dough. I feel like I may have dreamed this all . Daisy, at the oven now, was pulling out a flat pan covered in chocolate chip cookies. I tried one, and I specifically remember that it tasted really, really good. I think I went to bed almost immediately after putting them all into a cookie jar.

Waking up this morning I found Daisy still a blazekin and cookies in the "Tardis". I made a plan to really force today and try narrating. There's a few tulpa guides I found that I downloaded onto my kindle and took the time to read aloud. I later then joined on the IRC's and got around to doing some yoga and meditation. Both were sort of new to me. I also tried out some Tulpa hypnosis thing that turned out to be really funny. Daisy kept interrupting me as I tried to follow along; eventually when we got to the point they were supposed to show up they had put on a top hat and monocle and were acting very posh. I couldn't keep listening to the track after this, I was laughing too much. I did keep the location it took me though as a place to go in the "Tardis".

We did go back to the hypnosis place after I meditated and did some exploring. Didn't find much but we did climb a mountain to sled down the other side. I kind of wonder at this point whether I'm going about this correctly, because it seems like we've made a lot of progress in a short amount of time. I definitely know I need to work on some things still, most notably personality. I'm still unsure about Daisy's gender too; while it's not a big deal what it is, I do want to KNOW what it is.

You could be indirectly parroting. Just because you're in the wonderland and visualizing and all that doesn't mean you stop having visual thoughts. You could just be thinking "cooking with my tulpa would be cute" and with that comes an image of your tulpa cooking. This is most likely not your tulpa doing this (especially this early on), but just your imagination making up an image to go with the thought. Try to put more structure into everything and restrict your thoughts. A good way to practice this is to do some meditation outside of forcing. Just having a mind that is as clear as possible, gently blocking out any thoughts for half an hour or so daily should help you from having those instantaneous images while in your wonderland.

Besides this, it's always nice to see someone else independently coming up with the same sort of things I do, which is that "door to the void" thing with entering the wonderland.

Lacquer is semi-right in my opinion. If you think about your tulpa cooking, and you will find your tulpa cooking after entering your wonderland, there is a high chance that you just indirectly made your tulpa do this. (The opposite would be possible aswell: That your tulpa felt like cooking, so you started to think about it aswell.) I'm unsure if solo-meditation would be helpful, since you may end up silencing the thoughts of your tulpa on the long run if you handle this too strictly. But try to be aware of your own thoughts.

The rest of what you've described seems more authentic to me (like being surprised with cookies), but I'm worried about your blurriness around it. Were you asleep? Were you awake? This is something that truly matters, since all of it could just be a simple dream, if you fall asleep during your sessions. You can't rate a dream for its content, and you couldn't even be sure that you were really interacting with your tulpa. My Tulpa Alice for example can't see my dreams normally, nor does she enter them. In this case I agree with Lacquer again. You should try some meditation to get a better feeling about this, you should be able to tell the difference between being awake and asleep.

Tulpa: Alice

Form: Realistic Humanoid/Demonic Creation

She may or may not talk here, depends on her.

Thank you for the advice you guys. I'm heading to bed right now but I do want to post an update for myself.

On my way to bed I poked around in my "Tardis" to see if Daisy was around. I didn't see them but figured they were out in the meadow we explored. I decided I'd meditate a bit before bed so I got started with some galactic white noise and a little deep breathing. I then tried to imagine Daisy sitting with me doing the same. I breathed in, they breathed in. We both breathe out.

We started going over our plan and what they're personality is. I started describing how she acts and guess through life. Unfortunately my dog kept interrupting us and I'd have to start over. After a while I got enough concentration to see Daisy getting up to leave. I said they could leave if they were bored. They then blew fire in my face, laughed, and said in a feminine voice, "See you 'round kid."

It didn't feel right though, I don't know how to describe it. It felt like something I might do and left me with some doubt about it being a genuine response. I'll keep working on this, but I think it's progress.

And now they're a pigeot again for whatever reason. They're laying on the couch and trying to tell me to go away cause I'm being annoying. Neat. Good night I guess then, we'll work on it tomorrow.

Edit: I just realized I shouldn't post on here very often for personal reasons. D:
