Lane Trip May 24, 2012 Share May 24, 2012 Okay, so I am hitting a snag that I am worried is going to ruin my work. Its starting to get now that when I meditate I start having doubts come in my mind. Like little thoughts that this will never work, its silly, I could never manage this, etc. What can I do to fight this? And how much potential harm can this do? Charlotte May 24, 2012 Share May 24, 2012 Just ignore it and think to yourself you know it will work. That's kind of the whole process, a bit of a paradoxal event in that your tulpa becomes reality by assuring yourself the tulpa is reality. I mean, at least that's what I do. I have pretty decent control over my mind so I get suprised when I find out people have a hard time doing things I believe are easy. Once you harness the power of the placebo effect a lot of things become easy. This hot empty painting should be locked and towed.
tulpatalk May 24, 2012 Share May 24, 2012 Treat it the same way one treats all thoughts in zen meditation. consciously take notice of it, consciously deny it, and consciously push it away mentally. Believe in you, who believes in yourself. [Note: Opinions]
