Active Forcing - Ideas?

Recommended Posts

Hey,

So I've recently started active forcing with Hyde for an hour before I go to bed every night, and I've taken him to Disneyland and places I used to live, and I know some say you can do whatever you want and go wherever you want in the Wonderland, but I'm running out of places to go and things to do. I have some questions though.

Is a problem that my Wonderland keeps changing to different places?

If I need to work on visualization/imposition more, what do you suggest I do when active forcing? Note: It's better for me if I have a blindfold/eyes closed with ambient sounds on, but what if I need to work on that? What should I do?

I seem to feel him touch me more in certain places I go in the Wonderland. Other times, I don't feel him as much in other places. Is that normal?

Also, when I'm done forcing, what do I do? Visualize him sitting in front of me?

Sorry for all the questions. I just really am working harder now on him.

Not really. Some people have Wonderlands that contain 'pocket dimensions', or is just a black void. If your Wonderland keeps changing, dont mind it too much, although having a stable WL is better.

It's each to their own for this one. IMHO, Active forcing is better done in silence, or with a white noise should the ambiance be too loud. Some can Impose with eyes open, some closed. Find something that is comfortable with you and go for it.

Very. You wont get a constant response from Hyde to begin with; I still dont form Crystal two months down the road. Dont be alarmed if Hyde doesnt respond all the time to begin with; it's completely normal.

Whatever you want. Passive forcing usually is the best; weather it be imposition, vocalization; whatever. Even talking to your Tulpa or reading a story with the intent of reading it to Hyde will work; it cements the reality that they are actually there.

Other people probably have better advice than what I can give, but I hope is was of some help

We have a static wonderland, though it does change in the sense that we have an island, and we can go flying on our airship to find other places, so it's infinite in that sense. If you can't find something to do, I suggest you could try building something really cool like a building or a mode of transportation of some sort. Also, if you have a vocal tulpa, ask them if they have any ideas.

Is a problem that my Wonderland keeps changing to different places?

Not at all. Honestly, I prefer ours to be static so we can do things and they stay, though it's fine if it changes, especially if you want to take your tupper places. Though for this, we use a library system filled with all my memories in books that they can read at their leisure.

Pretty much just whatever you want; vocalization, imposition, visualization, sentience, et cetera...

Absolutely.

Sure, I don't see why not.

I guess that depends on how people interpret Wonderlands. I would presume they would create one that would be a means for consistency. Some people may like a wonderland that’s flexible towards change, and some may just consider the experience with active imagination like that as a random environment without the label of “Wonderland” on it.

It can really be whatever you prefer it to be, and just because there’s an environment that’s not consistent to your wonderland doesn’t mean you can’t change it around to conform to whatever state it was previously.

For me, whenever I’m forcing and narrating, I usually use blindfolds to help, but I can do fine without them with my eyes closed as well. I think it would be better to have your eyes closed for any situation when active forcing unless you feel you’re capable enough to do open-eyed visualization.

I used binaural and isochronic tones/beats during my sessions that ranged from Alpha to Theta ranges. But any music that can help you relax will be more than enough, though with something called human frequency following response, some beats/tones might bring better results than the usual rain and other white noise sounds.

It’s normal to not be able to have some level of touch. Though I would imagine that if you would be able to have more detailed sensory description during your sessions, it would have other senses stack onto each other. For me, I was able to feel Eva or Ada naturally after I gave other senses (visualization) some time to settle into my awareness.

Also, when I'm done forcing, what do I do? Visualize him sitting in front of me?

You can always go back to recall what you experienced to solidify any sensory perception you want to sustain of him. Sometimes I go back to what I usually typed haphazardly and quickly during narration/forcing sessions and can easily remember and get back into those imaginary senses again.
