[Forcing] I can't tulpaforce?
#1
Ok I'm trying not to post too often but I can't seem to tulpaforce for longer than 10 minutes. Visualising my wonderland and my tulpa is really difficult for long periods of time and I have nothing to say. I can feel my tulpa there, but i just can't tulpaforce. In the last few weeks I've probably done about one hour of tulpaforcing and was wondering if anyone had any tips? Please, I'm desperate

What's wrong? Do you get distracted? Do you fall asleep? You can spend time talking to your tulpa in your mind without needing to always visualize him/her. Many people consider a wonderland to be optional. It would be helpful if you could be more specific with what problems you are having.

I kinda get distracted with things I talk to her about, and then in my mind I'm kind of reliving what happened and not actually picturing my wonderland, but I'm still talking to her. And then I run out if things to say and it's only been about 10 minutes

Have you tried doing it more frequently? If ten minutes works for you, try doing ten minutes six times a day. It doesn't all have to be in one big lump.

Also, when it comes to narrating it doesn't really matter what you talk about. You can read along with a book in your head even, as long as you are using your mindvoice to talk to your tulpa
