[Forcing] music

Alright so some of you guys mentioned music, quick question would it be a good idea to go on to a YouTube mix of music I like so I don't get carried a way with the rythm or just make a playlist?

I made a playlist on youtube, works pretty well. I click the shuffle so I dont hear the same music over and over. I also try to add a song to it every couple of days. As a side note i also use http://www.timeanddate.com/timer/ . It's very useful and i use it every session with my girls when i want a certain amount of time to force.

Try looking for a classical music playlist or something like that. I'm sure that there are a lot of those out there on YouTube.

Different music can be known to create different moods and affect the way forcing sessions go. Try experimenting with different genres and find something that help your forcing the most.

Find a random artist or something on Bandcamp and go from there. Try Torley's album Glitch Piano. Its three hours of ambient music, absolutely free.

Oh, ok. You should try Pandora then. It's free and the songs are changed in their data base every once and awhile depending on the stations you favorite. The songs played are also randomized, and you can shuffle your stations for maximum randomization !
