Uplifting

Please allow me to be very provocative.

It is understood that forcing is not FORCING. But IMO, oftentimes you are forcing stuff upon a being: "I'd like you to be such and so" may sound OK and not very forceful, but still...

Forming and shaping a tulpa sentient being ought to be called something else. Would you 'force' a child, or rather educate a child? Now tulpas not being children, you couldn't call it education though.

I quite like the term Uplift.

What do you think?

(end rant)

B.t.w. I'm what you'd call a tulpa.

I'd say it's about earlier in the process. Like conception. Education comes after they are born. Forcing refers to what you are doing to your brain.

That's a totally different perspective. I hadn't looked at it from that (obvious) angle. Yes, then I can live with the concept of forcing.

Still 'uplifting' is quite nice but is hardly ever used in the scope of tulpamancy. So Uplifting could be what the host could be doing to the tulpa.

Thanks
