Hippo August 1, 2012 Share August 1, 2012 I've recently found out about tulpas, and I am extremely interested in them, and how they work. I started to create my tulpa a few days ago, and am currently working on the form and personality, while also narrating throughout the day. I made this thread to ask a few general questions about tulpas. 1. Is it true that tulpas can recall things from your memory, when you normally would not have been able to remember? (And if so can you state one example of where this has happened) 2. Is it possible to play a competitive game with your tulpa such as a game of chess? 3. Are tulpas good company when you are alone, and are conversations with them interesting? 4. How has your tulpa changed over the course of its existence? 5. How long did it take you to get your tulpa to become sentient?

Guest Albatross_ August 1, 2012 Share August 1, 2012 1. Yes. 2. Yes, with mental blocks. 3. Yes. 4. From pony to dragon. 5. 60 hours and counting. Some will tell you that they are sentient from the moment you begin them, which is a good way to look at things. Don't believe anyone that gives a number less than 15 hours. All of these things you could have found out by lurking for about two hours. Aside from that, welcome to the forums.
