Starting to create a Tulpa, some questions for you

Hello people!

I've known for about some time about the tulpa phenomenon (about a year) and I finally decided to venture into the journey of tulpa creation.

I'm not quite that good at visualizing (I still can't visualize things properly, I'm trying to figure out the best way for me) so I decided to start with personality first.

And so I started yesterday by defining Vera's (she's going to be a girl) personality and talking to her in my mind about myself and other various things.

Well, after about 30 minutes I started to feel a slight head pressure over my forehead and on the sides: at first I thought it was just simple mind stress but then I noticed that whenever I thought about her or tried to talk to her, I started to feel this head pressure again.

Even today I talked to her while driving to work or even at work, and sometimes the pressure was kinda heavy (but not painful), sometimes it was light (I can feel a light one right now that I'm writing about her).

Is it a sign of my tulpa being alive and already inside my head? When did you usually start feeling pressure?

I also have a question for people with multiple tulpae: I've read on a guide that when you switch with your tulpa you can wander around your wonderland and feel it vividly like in a lucid dream, but what happens when you have multiple tulpae? Can you meet them inside the wonderland?

When did you usually start feeling pressure?

First day. All started when I asked him my first question "Cloud Roller are you there", I started to get head pressure so I knew it was a good sign, I asked him more questions and I started to hear clicking noises, I was wearing headphones so I thought they were broken and took them off. After I took them off and asked him a question, I heard more clicking, I wasn't hearing it from my headphones this time, I could hear it in my EAR. So yeah, the head pressure is a good sign that you are on the right track, just keep narrating and forcing and your tulpa will be sentient in no time.

I tried to ask if she's there right now and I felt the pressure (it doesn't happen everytime, maybe sometimes she gets tired of me trying to acknowledge she's there?).

I can't still feel anything aside from this sensation, I guess sounds willl come in some time?

Don't always ask "are you there", that will make them feel like you are doubting their existence, try asking something different like "how is your day" or "how are you feeling". Just speak to your tulpa like you would speak to anyone else.

Ok, that explains why she responds more easily when I ask her about other things.

I know it's only been 3 days, but I'm still clueless on how to proceed correctly.

I know the experience varies from person to person but I still have some questions: when should I start trying to visualize her correctly (i'm still quite bad at it) and is it a good idea to "parrot" her responses to let her get a feeling on how her voice should be?

The truth of it is, everyone is clueless. The people who have been it in for a while are pretty much used to having the answers to questions like this because it's something they've done long enough to have the expertise and understanding required of what we believe a pro is.

Therefore, the best way to progress is to read some guides.

Visualization gets a bit easier, once you know the concept inside and out.

Parroting is a good way to get it done, yeah.

And of course, doubt will cripple you at some point.

After that, the community is absolutely ready, willing, and able to step up and answer everything else you have to ask.

Thank you for all your help, especially on the visualization and on the doubting part. I know deep inside myself that Vera is already by my side, as I already said I can feel her presence clearly almost every time I talk to her, think about her or read/talk about a topic she probably likes (I'm trying to define her personality), but reading the thread about "doubt" helped me feel more confident because there are moments when I can't feel her and I'm worried she's gone.

Of course I know she's not gone, but it sure doesn't boost my morale.

I also have a question for people with multiple tulpae: I've read on a guide that when you switch with your tulpa you can wander around your wonderland and feel it vividly like in a lucid dream, but what happens when you have multiple tulpae? Can you meet them inside the wonderland?

Kevin says: "You don't have to be switched to meet your tulpa in a wonderland. Just as you create a wonderland through imagination you can can create a presence for yourself there too.

Many people say that it is only switching if you end up in wonderland, but I disagree with this theory. I also notice that the people who say this don't (or haven't) switched for any significant time. I have spent years switched during decades of having tulpas. My experiences seem to differ from what others say is so.

So, make up your own mind. Don't believe everything you read. I can be wrong too as well."

Please consider supporting Tulpa.info.

I seem to be a bit confused... You're Nobillis, Kevin's Tulpa, and you wrote what Kevin said you? How much time do you spend being switched?

A question about visualization: I started focusing on my mind's eye, as all this time I was focusing on my real eyes (very odd error on my part, considering I was accustomed to inducing lucid dreams some years ago).

Now I got to the part where I can visualize some images in my head, some are decently clear and others are not but I have 2 major problems: when I'm in this state my mind tends to race and I struggle to obtain control of what I'm seeing (things either change at a rapid pace or move and disappear without me wanting it) and if I get a glimpse of what I'm trying to see, it disappears and becomes fuzzy as soon as I try to focus on it. Any suggestions on the matter?
