Getting my tulpa to be more vocal, and understanding it.

My tulpa, Miyuki (Gidellom) seems like she's trying to talk to me. I'm positive that she's trying to talk through head pressure, random emotions, and images or actions or facial expressions.

I'm not entirely sure that she's talking to me with yes/no answers or random thoughts. I can't seem to decipher her thoughts from mine.

Is there an exercise/method/anything to decipher her thoughts from mine or understand what she's trying to say or is it just something you need time with?

Not much progress, I'm in no rush though, we got all the time in the world.

I would suggest trying to parrot her. I don't mean by controlling her, but by wording her thoughts for her. I know some people are against this, but I find it very similar to how a parent/teacher would help a child pronounce a word they cant say, or telling them the meaning of a new word.

If you would prefer not to do that, then just narrate to her whenever you can, and over time, she will learn how to speak.

Force, force, force. Meditate, narrate, go to the wonderland, anything that involves you interacting with the tulpa. The more you do it, the more she will develop. Just be patient, and don't give up, and she will develop just fine.

Just keep working with her, all these things take time. You'll both eventually get it. I might also suggest using the search option and looking through the guides to help you.

I was having a similar problem. After reading this, when Ellie was having trouble saying something, I parroted it for her, and it actually seemed to help. Thanks.
