Glaen's Progress Report

Welcome to the forum! Also, nice name and ideas for a tulpa-- and I can identify with not having too many places to force unintruded. I settled with the back room of my house, as, unless my stepbrothers are over, it is often very quiet and isolated from the rest of the house. I couldn't do the late-bus system, as my school doesn't have late buses, and I am in a concurrent program where I do highschool from 8 to 12, and the community college from 1 to 2.

Anyway, sorry about that-- I wish you luck on your journey! If you have any questions, feel free to shoot some my way-- I am just getting started, too, but I'd like to imagine I can help others a bit.

Welcome to the forum!!! Damn you Orbit26 lol

I can also relate with the whole loud environment thing. My family substitutes talking with shouting on a regular basis, and I live in a house with thin walls. In the end though, you might just have to adapt to the loudness because after all, it is where you live.

Thanks you both for the welcomes. I hope that we can work together and share ideas :D .

Today I narrated to Glaen throughout the day at school. I basically told her about my friends when I talked to them and also about what my classes were like. When I got home I forced for about 30 minutes and just talked about how my day was and asked Glaen about her experience and if she enjoyed it.

I think that she put a fireplace and a painting in our wonderland house. This morning when I woke up I spent some time in the wonderland and the painting and fireplace were there and I didn't even think about having those things in there. I thought the fireplace was a nice touch. I also decided that it would be cool to have a big lake by the house to swim around in so I changed the scenery a bit and created a lake.

I'm still a little unsure about whether it was just me that came up with the fireplace and the painting but I'm going to believe that it was Glaen. I did make the house pretty bland. I'm finding it hard to actually visualize, like I can see the house, lake, mountains in the background, and stuff inside the house, but its not very vivid at all, but from reading other peoples reports i've seen that it gets a little easier over time.

No problem! Ask me a question or shoot me a PM if you have inquiries or questions.

And nice-- I find it helpful to narrate to your Tulpa throughout the school day-- it gives me something to focus on besides shcool, and helps with the whole creation process.

I must also congratulate you on the possibility that Glaen editing your wonderland-- I have even experienced anything like that. I have difficulties imagining my wonderland, and there is definitely nothing different about it than when I created it; so, if you look at it like this, you're already surpassed me! (that is, of course, if Glaen did do it.)

All in all, I wish you luck in your next few sessions.

Oh hey, you were the one who joined the website right after me. ^_^ Welcome!

Also I am curious to know Glaen's personality :D Do you mind telling the basic traits or just waiting until you have planned out everything?

(Also I'm imaging my tulpa Jerry as a ball of light too atm haha)

What do you MEAN you don't agree with me?

Do you know who you're dealing with!?

Yes of course I can show you! My list is elsewhere at the moment so I'll put it up sometime later. I already have a decent size list of about 20 traits and a paragraph or so for each, but I don't feel like I need to put down strict rules for Glaen to follow. I told her that she was free to deviate and the personality traits I have are just there to be a basic guideline.

Today I narrated to Glaen throughout the day and whenever I had some quiet moments I visited my wonderland and spent some time with her. I think that she's telling me to work on her form because instead of the glowing ball she's a small dragon now. It seems... just different than anything i've experienced. I told her that we could work on her form later, but when I visited the wonderland she was no longer a glowing ball. I also never actually really focused on her form. I can't really imagine her in detail like if I try to see her face, or legs, or something. I'm just conflicted about whether she chose it or if I'm just imagining it.

Either way, we took down the house and instead cut out a cave in the side of a mountain. I added a fireplace since that's what Glaen did with the house. I made the cave one room for now and made it nice and large so that when Glaen is in her full, large form she will have room inside of it.

Whenever I think about her, visit her in the wonderland, or do any forcing I get pressure on my head. I also had many times in the day where I was thinking of her and I was just happy :)

I'm having a problem with visualization as well, it's quite common (especially when you first start). There are plenty of guides on this website to help you out though!

Reading a book is a good activity too, I read the first chapter of To Kill a Mockingbird (I personally love that book, despite most of my classmates hating it) with Jerry, so keep at it. :)

Alright, weekend progress report. I didn't really do much, sadly :(. Friday night I had a friend over, but I had some time Saturday morning to do some forcing with Glaen. I spent about 30 minutes listening to some white noise and just hanging out in the wonderland and talking with Glaen. I narrated to her during the day, but some family things came up later and I got frustrated. I just felt exhausted both mentally and physically. We read for a bit Saturday night. Today I somewhat narrated to her during the day, but I didn't do any forcing. I had morning plans and in the afternoon I was doing homework. I feel bad, but I'll do some extra time forcing tomorrow to make up for what I missed this weekend.
