"I didn't want to think that!"

Hi, I've been working with my Tulpa for a little while and I'm encountering a problem. When I'm having "discussions" with her (thinking), sometimes I'll think something that I didn't mean to add to the conversation, but directed at her. This sort of desyncs me from her, and it takes a few minutes to get the conversation going again. I was wondering if anyone else has had similar problems and how they dealt with them?

The best way that I know of would be to let her know that you didn't mean it, it was just a random thought and carry on as I you weren't interrupted. It happens to me all the time but it's not really something to worry about

The more you keep paying attention to them, the more hiccups you'll make.
Just ignore them, but if they keep happening maybe there's something you and tulpa need to talk about.
