King of Manga July 31, 2014 Share July 31, 2014 Slow down there speed racer. This takes a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time. When did you even start this...? Imposition is a very long term commitment. Some people take years of practice. Go look at my art?
AttackDoughnut July 31, 2014 Share July 31, 2014 ^ What King said. It's by far one of the hardest things you'll ever make your brain do. If not -the- hardest. You're literally making your brain see and hear something that just isn't physically there. It takes a very long time, be patient. Tulpas Amy Nine-Tailed Kitsune Sigma Anthro Cat-Bat The Kippies! King of Manga July 31, 2014 Share July 31, 2014 Forgive me for being intrusive but I read your profile and have a few things to say. First of all, tulpa are not imaginary friends and you shouldn't treat them as such. You joined yesterday, and unless you've been lurking for a few weeks like some of us do before we join you sound like you know very, very little about all of this. Pretty much every guide mentions how extremely long it will take you to impose so I find it hard to believe you know what you're doing if you don't know that common fact. I'm not trying to be mean, we're all here to help. But you need to relax and do some long hard research and don't expect to make a tulpa in a week. Go look at my art? King of Manga July 31, 2014 Share July 31, 2014 Good. You have all the right intentions behind this, you have to understand that I was merely making sure on all accounts. My advice currently is to put imposition waaaaaay at the back of your mind and just start forcing in general, narration being very important at this stage. You should keep that up till you get some signs from him. Go look at my art?

Kage_Bunshi77 August 1, 2014 Author Share August 1, 2014 I seem to be confused on narration.. can you give me some examples of what that is? Starburst is an anthropomorphic wolf/ice dragon
King of Manga August 1, 2014 Share August 1, 2014 Constantly talking internally or physically while mentally directing your voice/thoughts towards your tulpa so he learns. It's extremely important early on and the more you do it the stronger he'll become. Don't expect him to talk back for so time though. You hear the tulpa in tiny little steps. Go look at my art? AttackDoughnut August 1, 2014 Share August 1, 2014 Well, quite simply, it's just talking to your tulpa! About literally anything. What you see, something that happened to you that day, anything. But the thing is, you need to be sure to talk -to- your tulpa. There's a big difference between thinking about your tulpa and talking, and talking -to- them. For example. Think of your tulpa as someone who is in the room with you. If you just start talking, you're not really talking to that person. You direct your attention and words towards the person to engage in conversation. It's exactly like that, but it's a conversation that takes place entirely in your head. And you won't hear a response of any kind at first. It varies between mancers, but the first thing you should look for is either a strange headache known as "head pressure", where it quite literally just feels like a gentle pressure on your head rather than a pain like a headache. Or an emotional response, where you feel an emotion that doesn't quite make sense for how you're feeling at the moment. Tulpas Amy Nine-Tailed Kitsune Sigma Anthro Cat-Bat The Kippies!
