I keep forgetting to impose Kai, and both he and I very much want it. How can I keep myself from forgetting? For that matter, Imposition is just visualization in reality, right? or is it more complicated than that?

Well that's still complicated enough - it depends on how detailed and frequent you do it.

I think preventing forgetting and building up memory routines is the most important part since you build every skill you practice on this ability.

Also your tulpa should be in your mind frequently.

Here is some stuff i used to do to prevent forgetting.

Set a specific wallpaper on your smartphone and/or PC to remind you.

Like waffles said, write stuff on your thumbs, watch or whatever. All the stuff you have in sight frequently. The more, the better.

Associate daily routines with thinking about your tulpa/imposition. I.e. brushing your teeth, shower, going to work/school/whatever, peeing, eating, drinking, fricking everything. Start with only a few things, once you master them, feel free to add more and more. Over the course of weeks you will get really good at this and so fore your imposition.

Associate specific emotions with your tulpa/imposition. I.e. when you get unsure and question yourself "what would tuppa do?" Use frequent emotions. Add more and more over time just like i've mentioned before.

Let your tulpa draw you pictures, hang them in your room/work/school/everything you are in frequent enough. Recall them every time you see that wall/spot. That helped me a lot but is more difficult.

That's everything i can come up right now. There's still more i do but i'm too tired to think of them right now :( sry.

Be patiant. Imposition is something that takes months of work. Baby steps.

I have a very good long term memory and still it took me about 4 months to get pretty good at it.

Also never consider your imposition as "done" or "good enough".

Once you stop getting better, you stop being good. That's a sentence i keep in mind.

They say great science is built on the shoulders of giants - not here.

At Tulpa.info we do all our science from scratch; no hand holding.

If you still want to know (unless you already found a solution). You can get a special item (pocket sized, bracelet, rock, ect.). And any time you see it remind yourself of your tulpa.
