[Imposition] Is this the start of imposition?
#1
I'm going to ask here before posting this on my progress report all exited. So, just a second ago I decided to imagine Prince with me as if we were in the wonderland. And believe it or not I actually got reman emcees of him. It was much like just imagining something in class and just barely seeing it in your head, but this was actually interacting like a normal being, he ran from my kitchen to the couch I was on. I could see his shadow but his body was more or less of a rippling effect with small glimpses of him, he jumped on top of me and gave me his usual "Hi." In his high pitched little voice. We talked for a moment before he jumped off my couch and disappeared. I'm skeptical because I thought things like vocality and switching were to come before imposition, and I just want a few opinions on this. (By the way, I did ask if it was him and he confirmed it).

You would be correct in saying that vocality generally precedes imposition but I don't think that this is always the case. As well, switching, from what I know, doesn't usually come before imposing but I could be wrong. From what you described it sounds a lot like imposition, or the beginnings of it developing. I've seen people mention similar effects when they start to discover that their tulpa has started to become imposed. I'm not one hundred percent sure on this, but from the information that you provided it looks like you have started to see some signs of an imposed tulpa. Whether you decide to focus more on this aspect of development or something else, like switching or vocalization, is dependent on what you decide is the most important. You could always focus on all of them, or multiple at a time, no problem.

If you think a different part of development is more or less important than imposition, do whatever you want depending on that. Hope I helped!
Even though my username is that of my tulpa, Quilten, my name is Phaneron, the host, who does all of the actual posting.

Thanks! It's really only been a little over a month with Prince, I'm surprised at how fast he's been developing. I guess I just have the mind for the sort of thing. I can't believe it's only been a month though, I'm trying very hard not to doubt myself because of the short length if time we've had.
