"Intense" forcing
#1
I've heard people talking about "intensive" forcing on here, and I'm just wondering what constitutes forcing intensely.

Anything that could be mentally taxing. Whether it's typing what you and your tulpa see in your head for 3 hours straight, or blinking your eyes on and off with a 1-3 second delay for a few hours to try and get hallucinations, or even going on IRC to proxy, or have your tulpa switch to communicate to others. If you're actively doing something where you acknowledge your tulpa's existence, or contributing to developing that, I guess you could say that's "intense" forcing.
