Kat's Creation, and various mishaps.

At the time of writing this, I am approaching forcing for a grand total of 10 hours over close to 3 weeks. I need to force more, I know.

I have worked mostly on personality, with a few note worthy traits being; witty, shy, affectionate, understanding, curious, and good-humored.

Up until now, I have kept a physical journal, which shall be posted below.

Day 1: 7/18/12 : 1 hour. Total: 1 hour

Made a lot of progress today. Started out strong, but towards the end, lost the ability to concentrate as well. Head ache developed at 30 minutes. Consider taking ginkgo biloba prior to a session. Covered 2 and 2 halves of traits. Affectionate and shy are good for the most part, still need a little work. Helpful and smart still need a lot of work, couldn't concentrate well enough. First ideas of who she would be didn't seem to fit as well as I imagined initially. Will make her more emotional. Consider revising rough draft.

Day 2: 7/12/12: 1 hour (roughly) total: 2 hours.

Today was significantly more difficult. Running out of ways to describe things. Worked on co-operative and curious mostly. Tried working on energetic, but decided to ditch that trait. Changes her personality to drastically. also worked on optimistic, and hopeful, along with anxious. concentration is difficult, but the headache held off till close to the end. Did not take ginkgo. Spoke aloud for the better part of the session.

Day 3, 4, 5 : 7/24/12: 1 hour. Total: 3 hours.

Had decided to "kill Kat" and start over. 2 days later, I received a very strong emotional response while mentioning the plan to a friend. I forced, found her to be very much alive and somewhat sentient. Had trouble getting enough time alone to force for a solid hour, so narrated and gave her attention. Eventually, I made her a wonderland. The old dog park from childhood, where I had visited on long hikes with my (as of now) late dog K.C. She does not yet have a form. On another note, gave her the trait for "witty", and added reading, animu, vidya, and hikes through the woods to her likes.

Day 6: 7/25/12 Hours 1/2. Total: 3 1/2

Worked primarily on her form, which is very much like shinobu, http://download.minitokyo.net/redjuice.411276.jpg

considering changing her name. Personality is already similar to the character. Worked on her younger form, and a little bit on age 18 form.

Day 7/8: 7/28/12 Hours: 1 1/2 Total: 5 hours.

Trouble visualizing, any time I attempt to visualize anything, a very large obtrusive light-blue hook flies into view from the bottom right of my "vision", and stabs it. This is not very productive for working on a tulpa, obviously. Decided against giving her the form of shinobu, she deserves her own form. Will narrate and continue to work on personality.

That is the extent of what was in my journal. Between now and then I have forced around another 5 or so hours, Excluding frequent narration. Have worked on traits for cautious, clever, considerate, efficient, funny, helpful, understanding, honest, loyal, and inquisitive. A little of work on decisiveness. Have not been able to go back to wonderland as of yet, the hook is still very much there. Only time I can get rid of it is when I completely forget about it. Which I never do when I think about working on visualization. Have gotten a few emotional responses, mostly positive ones. Also have a basic idea for her form.

Waiting for classes to start back up in less than a week to get into a regular rhythm to set a better schedule for times to force.

Feel free to give your thoughts, and ask questions.

As of now, I just finished reading to her for an hour. She seemed to rather enjoy it, and I have discovered a method of which to conquer the hook, through discussing it with a close friend of mine. It was extremely exhausting, and I could not seem myself doing it for longer than a few minutes at present, but by focusing on NOT seeing it, I was able to make it go away for a minute, at most.

On an unrelated note, I believe I have talked 2 of my friends into creating tulpa of their own. They are both still on the edge of deciding though, and need time to think about it.

I believe I will work on visualization more tomorrow, if I can manage.

I need to either sleep, or watch anime, either way, that's it for today's update.

I went to the water park yesterday, which left little time to force or update, but I did manage to get a little bit of forcing in during the car ride, and narrated periodically. Not much else to tell. Might try to start implementing lucid dreaming into the works of it, but that will take a bit of work, as I have not gotten a single lucid dream as of yet, while trying. I always seem to know when I'm dreaming, but can't jog myself to pay attention to that fact.

"Damn, I can never read in dreams, can you please read this paper for me?"

Not much to say today, definitely getting more emotional responses off of her though, Particularly when dropping in to say "Hey Kat, I'm going to do so and so, and then we can work on so and so later.", or when I wake up and tell her good morning. I've been working on her form a good bit, too. Not actually forcing visualization, just thinking of possibilities. Although, I did do a brief forcing session, working on visualization, which came along nicely, but most importantly, NO HOOK! I just got really, really into the process, and it didn't bother me for a good 10 minutes. I have a good friend of mine working on drawing a picture for me to use as a rough base for what I want her to look like, and It's rather nice. Something similar to http://imgur.com/2eJPa,ekQHB , Those being the said pictures my friend drew. I also have a draft for a new wonderland, that connects to the old wonderland. It's a beach house on Bluff Point, Connecticut, if anyone is familiar with the area. That's it for today. School starts on wednesday, so I will be in a much more regular system for forcing. Off to bed with this one, I say.
