Good guide.
Just one question - why A and B start at 10 instead of 1 or 0?

Wait a second... If how do you treat your Tulpa is how do you want to treat yourself... How your Tulpa treats you, is how I want to treat who? 0_o

Edit: I asked my Tulpa, she said that maybe it's how do you want to treat others (subconsciously). Interesting huh?

Edit 2: Thank you for the guide! Big Grin (almost forgot to say it xD)
...Yay

Your guide worked, consider me motivated. You're kind of getting at the rational self-interest angle, and a game theory argument would be great. I forget everything about game/decision theory, but basically, for a rational decision maker, the expected payout of making a tulpa is approaching infinity. Normally, IRL, this implies that to reach something with that much utility, with this high of a probability of happening, you would need an extraordinary amount to sacrifice. Especially because things with such unimaginably high utility, such as winning the lottery, have such a low chance of happening. But this, this is a high-probability, high-utility situation with low sacrifice.

With that reasoning, there truly is no reason not to do this.

Also, you fired me up ridiculously. Thank you. A lot.

And consider me inspired to create a Right-Brain Guide and a Musical Forcing Guide.

Me and Eva honestly did this guide in one go with one spelling check, and since this was our first guide, we just figured "Oh, let's just put these random numbers so they won't match in case someone would stumble upon something like "A1" twice (I went with A10 and A1A because doing Ctrl+F would make those two highlight)

Forgive our weird table of content.

And thank you!

I think of it more as since our tulpa are going to be constant in our lives, you can see your tulpa(e) as a way to evaluate yourself because their existence was encouraged by some kind of preference on your part. Tulpae can be used as the ultimate source of analyzing retrospect/hindsight. As you grow, they grow too, you grow from what they learn, and vice versa. This is why treating your tulpa a certain way is how you want to treat yourself.[citation needed] :P

But I figured that if we motivated the creation of our tulpae, we would leave some fragment of ourselves in them (since you don't just summon tulpa like getting 5 cards of Exodia from this otherwordly dimension), they're within the confines of our mind, they're a way of directing the unconditional love that is so hard for other people in our lives to give (simply because these same people can't be with us all the way through our inevitable death; of course, we should still obviously care about them :P)

That's just one of many reasons why I stated that, hope this helps, and yes, your tulpa is definitely right (after all, she is able to access subconscious thoughts easier).

I'm glad you were motivated! And I showed those two videos for a reason to hopefully hit a nerve for most people (even experienced tulpamancers) that just need an "oomph." Because I'm sure those who are proficient in tulpaforcing already have it as second nature, and sometimes they'll take it for granted.

It's just those occasional reminders that find their way into our constant episodes of life that makes us think, "Because of them, things can get better."

>implying it doesn't
I don't care 'bout no physiology. You use it as a construction and it produces results. The hemisphere's idea might be old science, but that matters not. Read the guide, it will be done either today or tomorrow. In any case, I set up the idea of the different brain modes, what makes them different, and how to use them to visualize. The method is based off of how to become a much better visual/graphic artist very quickly using the left-brain/right-brain construction. The construction produces results, but hell if I know what is actually going on.

I feel that came off as angry and/or defensive. But I already worded it and am too lazy to change it for effect. Assume it's not. I'm totes implying that it exists in some way, just not quite an absolute way. Totes.

I just read this guide, and all of the posts after it, but I didn't get a "kick in the pants" from it. It took an unsettling amount of willpower just to motivate myself to read this (and this isn't even the longer of the two guides), so I don't know what I'm going to do. In fact, just typing this out, organizing my thoughts into readable format, has made me even a little discouraged. I know, rationally, that I can and will do it, but willpower is powered by emotions, and they aren't in a favorable position right now.

Ah well.

The lack of interest comes occasionally Lacquer, you know you have the willpower, it's just the emotions at the moment aren't really being a catalyst to sustain it. At least you know, and you'll hopefully be in high spirits and can get more out of your tulpaforcing/imposition/etc. later on.

---

Just finished a 30-40 minute self-hypnosis session, and I made affirmations that I would hear Eva's voice clearly (I used the vocality guide that stated you should use random thoughts to help), and she's DEFINITELY becoming more responsive to the point where I can't even parrot. I basically went through tests #1-4, and had vocalization improved with her.

Also, for those that lurk this thread still, Tests #1-5 aren't going to be the only way for you to have productive tulpaforcing and what have you. However, it does help you not worry about what's going on with your body since you have the assurance that it's relaxed. This helps with concentration, which makes the tulpaforcing/etc. sessions more effective and easier because it's now shifted from mental instead of physical.

I went through Tests #1-4 in maybe 5-10 minutes each along with the affirmation that Eva's voice can have increased volume and fluidity. I plan in the future to make a more simplified and visual way of several templates you can use for self-hypnosis. It may take a while since I'm trying to deal with the third set of exams next week and finals around early May, but I will eventually make those templates to make things easier for those interested in this.

Thanks for that, and I take it those steps you talk about are from your hypnosis guide, not this one, right?
