Narration only tips

I want to only narrate to my tulpa and let her develop naturally on her own meaning no personality work at all. Mainly been passive narrating best I could, when I could. Sorta started after Thanksgiving. Around that time I got very light headaches that would fade a few seconds later. They all seem random. It never seems like I'm narrating to her.

Her placer holder name was Fio. One day after coming back from class, it was pretty quiet outside and I heard the name Leanne? Lee Ann? It was pretty physically or mentally audible. Started calling her that. Never got any emotional responses as of yet. I'm kinda detached from them due to life junk. Ever since Finals, my narrating has gotten worse. I'm wondering how do you focus/ narrate directly to your tulpa?

TL;DR: Need some effective narration-only advice and know-how on directing it to tulpa.

First up, it helps to get a concept of your tulpa in your head. It's harder if you don't do form or personality, but you could try this guide if you haven't already done so. I'd also recommend doing some proper forcing; that would be, for you, sitting somewhere quiet and talking to your tulpa without any distractions. While you're passively narrating, at the start it's more important to focus on your tulpa than actually narrating, so concentrate more on addressing your tulpa than on what you're saying. It can be complete gibberish as long as you're definitely saying it to your tulpa, and if you're losing it then stop, refocus, and then continue. Once you get the hang of that, you can concentrate less on it.

I started on mine on December 20th.

I'm planning to do this, although I've done some visualisation and basic personality work already. (My subconscious forced me to - I'll explain below.)

I'm trying to give my Tulpa the freedom to develop however she wants within a few basic constraints that I've come up with.

If anyone knows how effective this is, please let me know.

Before I even finished reading the guides, my subconscious had already come up with a basic wonderland design and her appearance.

Therefore, I took that as my starting point and focused on visualisation to add more detail to my wonderland and Tulpa that was already there.

A few of her physical traits are what I would consciously have come up with and some differ from my usual thought patterns, but I still like them.

I named her Lucy. She hasn't given any indication yet that she wants to change it, but I've made it clear that she's welcome to do so if she wants, once she is able to communicate with me.

She displayed her first sign of sentience today: I gave her a blue and grey outfit during one session. When I came back to my wonderland later - She was wearing a red ribbon in her hair in addition to the outfit I put on her in the previous session - something I would never have come up with myself (at least not in that colour)

I did give her the freedom to come up with her own clothing designs if she so wished and I sensed a feeling of pride from her at her success.

She hasn't spoken to me yet, but since she seems to be developing quickly, I'm hoping she will soon. To avoid parroting, I'm not going to work on speech - she'll have to figure that out all by herself.

I don't plan on working on Imposition until she's completely independent of my conscious thought.

I take two or more sessions per day in which I transport myself to my wonderland (Lucy's House) to work on visualisation - Improving the wonderland and working on Lucy's appearance. After a few minutes of that, I sit down with her and narrate to her. I get the impression that it's more effective if I can picture her while talking to her.

When I return to reality, I try to keep her in mind and share my thoughts as I go about my daily life, but her presence seems to fade quickly as I get involved with other things.
