HyenaPlusFive September 7, 2014 Share September 7, 2014 What is neuromancy? Simply put, neuromancy is the trained skill of altering one's perception through willpower. Sounds a lot like imposition, right? Well, that's because it basically is. It's a practice that skips tulpas altogether, and focuses on imposition. It's a very powerful tool, if you put in the time to learn how to use it. I'm currently pursuing a degree in cognitive neuropsychology, and hope to learn more about how conscious intention changes physical perception. Since it relies heavily on the placebo effect, this project can also teach us more about how far it can go. As of currently, the answer is: further than I ever expected. So if you've ever wanted to bend reality to your will, or just want to contribute to our understanding of the human brain, stop on by. We'd love to have you. w11.zetaboards.com/Neuromancy
Guest amber5885 September 7, 2014 Share September 7, 2014 This actually goes about explaining imposition in a clearer and more precise manner than most of the user guides here. This whole forum would be useful to those trying to learn imposition.

sushi September 7, 2014 Share September 7, 2014 Tulpa forcing involves tulpas but doesn't necessarily involve imposition. Neuromancy, from my understanding of it, involves imposition doesn't necessarily involve tulpas. The two intersect with tulpa imposition, but neuromancy includes things like imposed objects, imposed wonderlands, HUD servitors, changing the taste of foods, and stuff like that. There's a bit more about it, along with links, here. I'm definitely very interested, and will be signing up. ThatFellowWithTheScarf September 7, 2014 Share September 7, 2014 Well, looks like I have something new to try and work on. I may try this after imposing Prince, I'd assume being able to impose a tulpa would help in this scenario.
HyenaPlusFive September 7, 2014 Author Share September 7, 2014 Is this research or just an advertisement for your website? This is research. I created a website so that I can gather everything related to neuromancy in one place. I need more people to test this out, which is why I put it here.
