A lot of posts on the off-topic forum are about tulpa. I understand the logic behind making it for registered users only but it still denies unregistered users access to significant tulpa-concerning discussion.

If there was actually quality discussion about tulpae in off-topic it would be moved to general discussion. You just want in so you can shitpost at your leisure. So go away or register.
