kane23 September 1, 2015 Share September 1, 2015 I only started three days ago. yesterday I kept getting pressure in my head whenever I sat down to work on my tulpa and today I woke up with a headache. I am also having short blackouts that last only seconds at a time. Is this normal so early in?
Guest Anonymous September 1, 2015 Share September 1, 2015 Depends. Headaches can be interpreted as many things, if you've been mentally exhausting yourself lately, odds are the headaches are issued from that exhaustion/stress/pressure. Early on people seem to experiment head pressures, and as someone who had those a lot I can say that there difference between head pressures and headaches is pretty obvious. I wouldn't dismiss anything, though.
Stevie September 1, 2015 Share September 1, 2015 Head pressure is normal, I found that it started going away within the first month or so of the creation process. Headaches? I mean, concentration headaches are normal. I don't think waking up with one is though. Blackouts? I don't even think that's related to tulpa stuff, and it could be serious. Maybe go to a doctor, brah. We're all gonna make it brah.
Guest Anonymous September 1, 2015 Share September 1, 2015 Black outs? Yikes. That doesn't sound right. I second Stevie on this. Best go see a doctor.
Bambi September 1, 2015 Share September 1, 2015 I knew that James was sentient within three days' time. However . . . I've never heard of people having black-outs due to tulpaforcing. James: Hello, all!
kane23 September 1, 2015 Author Share September 1, 2015 I never had these problems before. The blackouts feel very alien. blackout is the the only way I can describe it. It's like I'm still aware but at the same time not fully there but I'm still moving and walking about. It feels very disassociate. Like my head is full and I have been pushed back. I'm not moving myself around but I can feel and witness it happening. I really don't think it's my tulpa controlling me, that's not what I'm saying at all because the blackouts only started happening today (3 days in). All in all it just feels very alien. Elvode September 1, 2015 Share September 1, 2015 I've experienced similar like you describe it, it's like you lose control of your body but it still moves and stuff, it happened when I got mad at a guard in a mall, he said I couldn't sit on a bench, I suddenly got "pushed back" into myself kind of, my friend snapped me out of it. It also happened when I would wake up in the middle of the night screaming for no reason and scratching all over myself, it was like my body did it by itself. I was more like an observer from my own eyes, don't really know why or how it happened, haven't experienced anything like that for some many years now. **Proud to be a drug free thoughtform!**
kane23 September 1, 2015 Author Share September 1, 2015 Wow elvode luckily mine having only been lasting seconds at a time. I'm kind of assuming now this "blackout" thing hasn't got anything to do with my tulpa unless you think your experience was because of yours. I don't know maybe it will be away by tomorrow. You know one of those random experiences that only last until you sleep them off. Il have to wait and see. Thanks everyone for your replies.
